Automatic water level controller with Over/Under voltage protection

to provide advanced features like clear liquid using PWM, Motor ONAuto/

Manual rocker switch, Motor- ON/Reset soft pulse switch, software

based in built low and high voltage cut off, surge protection, dry run protection

and easy smooth operation .The water level controller can switch on or switch

off the pump to maintain the predefined water level at the storage tanks.

How It Works

Automatic Water Level controller can be used for a long time,

no maintenance or repairing would be required during its

operational period.

Low voltage PWM sensing circuit to avoid polarization of

electrodes in water. These special made plastic molded

conductive electrodes are long life sensors and do not require

frequent cleaning or replacement

Four LEDs are provided for indicating Power ON (Red),

abnormal voltage (Yellow), Motor ON (Green), and

Dry Run (Amber).

Automatically starts the motor when the water

level in the over head tank drops below a pre-defined level

(that is below low level sensor) and switches off the motor at

full tank(when water reaches high level sensor).

Due to faulty foot valve or air leakage in the pipe if the motor runs dry then it gets

switched off automatically and gives fault indication.

Automatic Water Level Controller with Over / under voltage cutoff technique

automatically switches-off the pump if the supply voltage is not within the safe

limit (160V-275V) and again switch ON the Motor from OFF Condition only

when the voltage reach back to the steady preset safe voltage level.This avoids

relay chattering and switching.

Built in surge protection is the Main feature of the controller.

Automatic water Level Controller comes with this feature of pushing motor to ON

manually and the motor starts running unless water is not full or touches the high

level sensor in tank. Then motor will be switched off automatically once water

reaches the high level sensor.

The Optional Need soft switch is provided to Switch on the motor irrespective of

the water level in over head tank.

The rocker switch is provided to switch ON the motor manually. When this is ON

motor runs continuously irrespective of the level in tank, until it is switched off. So

no need to disconnect the system when it gets failed.
