The title of the project is “AUTOMATIC
TIME-TABLE GENERATION.Automatic
timetable management is defined as an desktop
application.
That aims to all the levels of management
providing information within an organization.
This system can be used as a Timetable
management system for the college.
Introduction
The front-end will be .NET pages for client side
validation with .NET .
The back-end of database will be interacted with
these layers, which would be Oracle database.
Time table scheduling has been in human requirements since they thought of managing time effectively.
It is widely used in schools, colleges and other fields of teaching and working like crash courses, couching centers, training programs etc.
While scheduling even the smallest constraints can
take a lot of time and the case is even worse when
the number of constraints or the amount of data to
deal with increases.
In early days, time table scheduling was done
manually with a single person or some group
involved in task of scheduling it with their hands,
which take lot of effort and time.
The final system should able to generate time tables in completely automated way which will save a lot of time and effort of an institute administration.
To make a timetable system generic so that I can work equally well for different School, Colleges and Universities.
Easy of use for user of system so that he/she can make automatic time table.
Objectives
Software Requirements:
Windows 7 and above
Oracle 10 g
Microsoft Visual studio Hardware Components:
Processor – Dual Core
Hard Disk – 50 GB
Memory – 1GB RAM
The intention of the algorithm to generate a time-table schedule automatically is satisfied.
The algorithm incorporates a number of techniques, aimed to improve the efficiency of the search operation.
It also addresses the important hard constraint of clashes between the availability of teachers. e.g. University, examination scheduling and further be enhanced to create railway time tables.
Conclusion
THANK YOU….
