Giving other users in your organization the ability to access benefits helps you make the most of your Subscription.

Contract Administration After signing in to Subscription Center, click this link to go to the administration area.Note: This link appears only if you are signing in as the Contract Manager or Software Coordinator.

Invite New Users Click this link and complete the form to give users access to the Subscription benefits you want to assign to them. Invited users will receive an email from Autodesk with a User ID and Password for signing in to Subscription Center.

Set Access from Product Assign account creation and other privileges to users who access Subscription from within their software.

Contract Administration Tools

If you are signing in as the Contract Manager or Software Coordinator, you can access a variety of Contract Administration tools on Subscription Center.

Coverage Report View the details of your Subscription contract.

View/Edit UsersAccess the list of invited users and edit their permissions.

Manage Software CoordinatorsDesignate one or more Software Coordinators to assist with contract management. Software Coordinators are notified whenever software upgrades are released.

Manage Phone Support UsersControl permissions for phone support, if purchased.

Set Reseller ViewKeep your Reseller(s) informed about your support questions and responses. NOTE: Resellers can read, but not edit or change your requests.

Request Home Use*Get a home use license so employees can use the software on a home computer.

Renewing Your Contract

Make sure you always receive the benefits of Autodesk Subscription by keeping your contract current.

Renewal ReportIf you are a Contract Manager, you can find out which of your Subscription contracts are within 90 days of expiring. You can also submit a renewal request through Subscription Center.
