What are the key features of our Study Tours?
ENGLISH LESSONS • Integrated (open) classes - program study
options are General English and IELTS.
• Closed classes - program study options are General English/IELTS/Cambridge/Academic English or customised to the groups needs.
• Lessons are developed and delivered by qualified registered teachers.
• On arrival, students are warmly welcomed by the Navitas English team with an orientation of the campus facilities.
• On graduation, students celebrate with their new friends and are presented with a Certificate of Participation, followed by a farewell party.
TRANSPORT• Public transport passes can be
provided for students to travel between campus and activities.
• Airport transfer to campus or independent accommodation.
• Daily private vehicle transfer between accommodation and campus can be arranged for an extra fee.
ACTIVITIES• Half-day afternoon activities and full
weekend excursions. From sightseeing, nature, culture and food experiences, to fun, sports and educational activities.
• Boomerang Social Activities Program to practice language skills with students from all over the world.
EXTRA SERVICES• University and college visits can be arranged
for groups wishing to experience a snapshot of Higher Education in Australia. Visits may include a demo class or other activities arranged by the host campus. The experience is tailored to the needs of the student and can cover a diverse range of subject interests, from IT and Engineering to Health Sciences.
• Airport concierge services is where our staff meet and greet your group once they have cleared customs.
• Navitas English staff can be arranged to accompany the group to all or selected activities and excursions.
• A sim card can be pre-ordered for you to stay connected with your family all the time.
MEALS• No meal, 2 or 3 meals per day
options are available.
• Special dietary requirements: vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, kosher and halal can be arranged at an extra cost.
HOMESTAY ACCOMMODATION• Students experience daily life with an

• Curfew is applied to young students.
• Internet access is included but the availability, quality, access times and download limits of host supplied Internet are not guaranteed.
INDEPENDENT ACCOMMODATION• For students who are 18 years old or
above only.

Closed classroom - studying in a dedicated group will maximise outcomes and enable the lessons to be
customised to the group’s needs.
15 years+ in open or closed classes. Open classroom - studying in a group of no more
than 18 students from all around the world from different cultures.

A - DO IT YOURSELF We provide study plans and Intensive English Language classes. Great for independent travellers who love to arrange their own plans.
B - PREMIUMWe collect the group upon arrival at the airport and take them to their homestay. We can arrange all meals and activities during the stay, provide study plans and Intensive English Language classes and then take the group back to the airport for their onward travels. Perfect for travellers who want to remove all the stress of making arrangements themselves.
C - CONCIERGE The same as premium service with the addition of daily transport to campus, with some extras such as, flexible accommodation i.e. serviced apartments, hotels or shared accommodation and sim cards. An ideal option for travellers who want the full experience.

Sydney Hyde Park Ready to Go - Itinerary Select from 1 to 4 weeks
1. DepositsTo secure the Study Tour Group, a deposit of 30 percent must be paid to Navitas English at least 60 days prior to the commencement of studies or on the specified date in the invoice.
The balance of the Study Tour Group Fee, 70 percent must be paid to Navitas English at least 30 days prior to the commencement of studies or on the specified date in the invoice.
If the 70 percent payment is not received by the specified due date, Navitas English will deem the group booking to be cancelled. The deposit of 30 percent is non-refundable.

i. Study Tour Group must maintain a minimum group number of 10 (ten) students even after the individual student cancellation(s).
ii. Navitas English reserves the right to adjust Study Tour Group fee if the number of students increases/decreases.
iii. Notice period is calculated from the Study Tour Group program scheduled start date.iv. Navitas English reserves the right to cancel a Study Tour Group when the number of students in a group does
not meet the minimum number of students set out in the group quote and invoice. In such cases, cancellation notice periods will apply to any monies refunded.
