Undeveloped Third World nations will be free to produce whatever they want. These will include China, India, Brazil, and Mexico,” he ob-serves, noting that “eighty-two percent of the projected emis-sions growth in coming years is from these countries.” That fact alone proves that the Climate

Change Treaty is not designed to protect the environment. “The truth, of course,” says DeW-eese, “is that the treaty is really about redistribution of wealth,” from America to the rest of the world. Remember when we were supposed to be frightened because the world was getting colder? When that fraud was exposed, we then were told to beware of global warming. More and more people are now recognizing that this too is nonsense. So, what dread prospect will the conjurors of calamity con us with next? Will they try to stampede us into global governance by warning that the temperature will remain constant? No, that’s not scary enough. Who is Al Gore? He is supposed to be a Baptist, but he is really a fol-lower of the teachings of New Ager Teilhard de Chardin. Gore is a Pantheist, he believes that the earth is “Christ” and holds a “pan-Christify” doctrine that sees a mystical “Christ” and universe in a sort of spiritual compound. Chardin taught that the earth is Christ’s body and soul. Putting our armed forces, even in a limited and tempo-rary war, under a supranational command is a significant step toward a new world order, indeed one that may require amending our Constitution.... This 1994 quote shows that Al Gore has been pushing the global warming fraud for many years; Michael S. Coff-man was shocked by Gore’s du-plicity way back when he was Vice President of the United States: “Some environmental leaders and politicians would have you believe that almost all scientists agree global warm-ing is occurring. Vice President Albert Gore asserts that 98 percent of all atmospheric sci-entists agree that catastrophic greenhouse warming has be-gun. That is simply not true. A February 1992 Gallup poll of climatologists and atmospheric physicists yielded the conclu-sion that only 17 percent of these scientists believed there was scientific evidence for greenhouse-caused global warming. That means 83 per-cent believed there was no evidence for greenhouse warm-ing. Further, nearly 60 percent believed that there was no evi-dence for any type of warming, though two-thirds thought that global warming was ‘possible.’

The most disappointing statistic of all emerging from this poll is that the media cite only 2 per-cent of these scientists – those with the worst predictions.” End of Quote. HOW DOES G20 FIT INTO THIS SCENARIO?

A Global meeting of im-portance was held in Australia, Melbourne, in November 2006. The G-20 (group of twenty) is a global union of central bank governors and finance ministers of 19 countries, plus the European Union which is also a member. The New World Order International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank, also participate in these meetings. The IMF is virtually a world central bank. G-20 was established on the initiative of G-7, now G-8, which is a union of top world leaders, under the global government. RIO+5 & THE EARTH CHARTER

From March 13 to 19, 1997, world leaders would gather again in Rio to review the advancement of the ‘92 Earth Summit’s initiatives over the previous five years. Aptly titled Rio+5, this gathering, hosted by the Earth Council and Green Cross International, would be a time for celebrat-ing progress while fine-tuning UNCED’s strategy for global government.

The first day’s topic was “Assessing Past Perform-ance and Future Prospects for a Sustainable Planet.” This session analyzed the complete process of globalization, from United Nations programs and develop-ments in financial institutions to the role of education and philanthropy. Those who have been fighting against the green agenda have been warning that modern-day envi-ronmentalism has nothing what-soever to do with protecting the environment,” he observes. “Rather, it is a political move-ment led by those who seek to control the world economies, dictate development, and redis-tribute the world’s wealth.” DeWeese describes the relentless propaganda campaign that has been waged over the past couple of decades. “The American people have been assaulted from all directions

10• & other influential world figures addressed the confer-ence as well. The most celebrated outcome of the Rio+5 meetings was the presentation of The EARTH CHARTER. During his speech at the con-ference’ Gorbachev again ex-plained its significance:

“We have to set directions and act on planetary, national and individual levels. The main goal of the Earth Charter, the draft of which we adopted 18 March, 1997, is formation of a new out-look; a new set of values... .I admit that this document is far from being ideal. It is far from those 10 or 15 Commandments which we all know about and which have played their role for 2000 years. But here is the doc-ument which can be considered as an important step toward those famous testaments... .In its essence the Earth Charter shifts the focus to people on the Earth, their responsibilities, their morals and spirituality, their way of consumption. To save humankind and all future generations, we must save the Earth. By saving the Earth, hu-mankind saves himself; it is that easy to understand! “

He continued: “Both the Earth Coun-cil, Maurice Strong and we in the Green Cross feel the difficul-ties which we encounter, trying to implement ideas of radical changes in our everyday life, thus answering the challenge of the biosphere... .

We see the future as a coopera-tion of peoples, which implies a dialog of cultures, religions, traditions. We are trying to use this model as a cornerstone for the Earth Charter, in hope that we will create the document ad-dressed to the Planet Earth... Now we have a perfect chance to use our intellectual, moral and spiritual experience to an-swer the challenges of the next millennium.”

Unfortunately, most people still do not realize that The Earth Charter has spiritual as well as political implications. Although it is being presented as a Bill of Rights for mankind, if implemented, “the environ-ment” would have far greater rights than people. Humanity would literally become a slave to the earth and to the global regime enforcing these man-dates.

The AoC has said that they do not intend to ban religion, rather bring EVERY local-level religious organization under control of a central UN author-ity. They also intend to introduce a “symbol” to advance their cause. I suspect I know where this one is going as the Alliance of Civilizations was formed to “represent a powerful response to those who feed on exclusion and arrogantly claim the sole ownership of truth.” This is none other than the foretold war on the saints. Further, there are two aspects to implementation of the AoC that caught my attention early on. First, the Alliance is being implemented by treaty. For the U.S. which is a signatory member of the OSCE

(Organization for Security and Co-operation of Europe,

otherwise known as the Helsinki Process),

the OSCE decisions are “not le-gally but politically binding.” The OSCE tells us what that means: member states are bound by treaty to implement

OSCE decisions WITHOUT THE NEED TO GAIN APPROV-AL FROM THEIR LEGISLA-TURES. Second and more fright-ening is that the Alliance in-tends to implement through the EU’s Barcelona Process. The OSCE has been incorporated into that process. In 1995 when Javier Solana opened the Barcelona conference, he said that the foreign ministers were brought together to straighten out the “clash of civilizations.” The Barcelona Process (also known as the Euro-Med-

iterranean Partnership) is represented by the EU as the only platform that will bring peace and stability to the Mideast. The social dimension of the process is being implemented through the Anna Lindh Foun-dation (ALF) which has also co-planned the Alliance of Civilizations. Anna Lindh (Sweden’s now deceased foreign minister) was “anti-zionist.” The ALF’s foun- dational documents show that its intent is to combat exclusiv-ist ideologies as well as TAKE OVER RELIGIOUS TRAINING. This is consistent with the founding documents of the
