The Ausante Financial Rewards Plan has been designed to motivate and reward Ausante Associates to save the world

by helping to create a global team of people, working together for the benefit of our planet.

As an Ausante Associate you will have access to:

To become an Ausante Associate, simply buy one of our Offset Packs. Each Pack comes with:

A set amount of Offset Units, to meet the individual requirements of your own activities. A Number of Complimentary Resale Units that you can sell either through your Wholesale Platform or

directly to the customer through your Retail Website.

Some Complimentary Exchange Credit that can be used to buy Resale Units from the Ausante WholesalePlatform.

There are seven income streams available to Associates:

1. RETAIL AND WHOLESALE PROFIT

The Resale Units can be sold on either the Wholesale Platform or through the Retail Platform.

Our Retail Platform is onwww.co2ver.com. Every associate gets a CO2VER website to allow them to retail some of

the offsets through this website. Resale Units can be bought through our unique Ausante Wholesale Platform atoptimum real time Wholesale Price and sold through either the Retail Platform or the Wholesale Platform.

Retail Prices are set by Ausante. Currently the Retail price is set at $0.32 this is equivalent to $32 per tonne. The

Wholesale price is determined by the demand and supply of units in the Ausante Wholesale Platform. This enables

you to get a good margin when selling at Retail Price or during the Market Transfer Programme.

Your income is the difference between your Purchase Price and Retail Price subject to a 10% Commission to the

company for Credit Card charges and Administration.

2. REFERRAL BONUS

Referral Bonus is paid on sale of Packs, from your 3rd personal sale onwards. The level of Referral Bonus earned is

determined by which pack the Associate has personally referred.

3. CODED REFERRAL BONUS

An Associate becomes the Coded Referrer to the third and all subsequent Associates that they personally refer at

Personal, Family or Business Pack level. They also become the Coded Referrer to the first two Associates referred by

any Associate to whom they are registered as the Coded Referrer.

The Referral Bonus earned from the first two Associates who are referred will always roll up to the Associate that is

listed as the Coded Referrer. This means that the Coded Referrer is paid on the purchases of the first two referrals of

the first two referrals.....to infinity.

Remunerations are dependent Package that has been purchased by the Coded Referrer. An Associate who has a

Personal Pack can earn a maximum of $30 Coded Referral Bonus, even when referring a Family or Business Pack. An

Associate who has a Family Pack can earn a maximum of $90 Coded Referral Bonus, even when referring a Business

Pack and an Associate who has a Business Pack will earn the full $270 Coded Referral Bonus when referring a Business

Pack.

Any unpaid commission from the Coded Referral Commission will be added to monthly Loyalty Bonus.

4. ASSOCIATE TEAM REWARDS

Associate Team Rewards (ATR) is paid on the accumulated volume of sales on the Associates left and right legs.

The qualification for Associate Team Rewards is subject to having a minimum of 500 CV in the weak leg at the point of

the weekly pay run. This qualification triggers 15% payment or $75 minimum of all weak leg CV in US Dollars.

Once the payout is triggered, the weak leg CV points are removed and an equivalent number of strong leg CV points

are removed. To maximise income potential, oldest points are removed first.

The maximum weekly earnings limit for Associate Team Rewards depends on the Pack that has been personally

purchased by an Associate;

Position Maximum weekly ATR earnings

Personal Pack Associate $ 600

Family Pack Associate $ 3,000

Business Pack Associate $ 15,000

5. MATCHING BONUS

Matching Bonus is paid on up to 7 levels of Associate Team Rewards earned by Associates in your direct line of

sponsorship. Only Associates on Family or Business Packs are eligible for Matching Bonus. This is paid depending on

level of qualification and is a 3% earnings match on the first 6 Levels and 5% on level 7 subject to the following

qualifications:

6. INFINITY BONUS

Upon reaching the Bronze level or any of the further six levels above, an Associate is paid an Infinity Bonus of up to

14% on the Associate Team Rewards (ATR) earned by Associates in the line of sponsorship down to the next Associate

who is eligible to receive some of the Infinity Bonus.

For example, a Diamond Associate is paid 14% of ATR earned on all Associates down to the next Bronze Associate at

which point it then becomes 12% etc.

7. LOYALTY BONUS

Loyalty Bonus is paid to Associates who accumulate Resale units within the system. This shows that they have a longer

term interest in the business and this is rewarded on a monthly basis.

The size of Loyalty Bonus Pool on a monthly basis is determined by a number of factors including efficiency savingswithin the business, a percentage of the turnover excluding credit card sales, profits generated from retail sales,

unpaid Coded Referral Bonus and breakage within the commission structures.

The pool pays out according to the number of units you have in the system, subject to you holding a minimum number

of qualifying units. Loyalty Bonus is only earned on units above the qualifying level and this is paid directly into your

Mandatory Trading Account. Qualifying levels for Loyalty Bonus is subject to change over time as we grow in size. The

maximum amount of Loyalty Bonus is $15,000 for any given month for each account.

Loyalty Bonus is paid during the middle of the month following the month of qualification. It is paid for units that you

were holding at a time selected by the company during the last half of the qualifying month.

For example the January Loyalty Bonus is paid in the middle of February for units you were holding on a selected day

during the last half of January.

If you buy the Resale units for $0.15 from the Wholesale Platform and the Loyalty Bonus for that month was $0.003

per unit; then this would be equivalent to 2% Bonus for that month.

AssociateSomeone who has joined Ausante to benefit from the Ausante Financial Rewards Plan by purchasing a Personal,

Family or Business Pack is called an Associate.

Ausante Carbon Credit:

This is a voluntary carbon offset, or to use their correct name Voluntary Emissions

Reduction units (VERs) created by planting trees that will create long term

forests, capturing carbon from the atmosphere. Different types of tree capture

carbon at different rates, so we are basing the Ausante Carbon Credit on

capturing 1 tonne of CO2 instead of the number of trees.

Ausante Carbon Unit

This represents 10kg of Carbon offset and is equal to 1/100th of an AusanteCarbon Credit. The reason for having units is to make the system more

manageable for small offsets.

Types of Carbon Credits in the system

Offset Units:These are carbon offset units that are retired at point of sale.

Resale Units:These are Units that are available for you to sell through the Ausante

Exchange.

Escrowed Resale Units:These are Resale Units that will be available for you to sell after the

Escrow date.

Rules on Resale Units:

Once the Tradable Units have been converted to Offset Units they can no

longer be traded as they have already been used for offsetting.

Tradable Units can become Offset Units but Offset Units cannot become

Tradable Units. Tradable Units can be traded between members within the

Ausante Exchange and sold via a Retail Website to end users.

Ausante Exchange:

These are the various mechanisms within the business that allow you to

either sell or retire the Resale Units that you hold. Ausante Exchange

includes the Retails Platform, the Wholesale Platform, the Market Transfer

Programme and the Offset Certification System.

Retail Website

Replicated ecommerce enabled website designed to enable sale of Resale Units to the end user. Your Retail profit is

the difference between Retail price and the Purchase price of the Resale units subject to a 10% commission to the

company for credit card charges and administration.

If you do not have enough Resale Units in their Trading Units Account at the point of making a Retail Sale, the full

transaction will be processed and the profits generated will be added to your Mandatory Trading Account.

Business Management System

As an Associate, you receive a Business Management System; which provides you with all the access to your accounts

and all the information you need to run your Ausante business online.

Commissionable Volume (CV or CV Points)

This is the value on which commissions are paid. CV Points are used in date order with the oldest points being used

first. Unused CV Points expire after three months and are flushed out of the system.

Trading Account CreditThis can be used to buy Resale Units on the Wholesale Platform

Line of sponsorship

A line of sponsorship is created when an Associate enrols a new Associate into their team. The line of sponsorship

grows as the Associate who has been enrolled enrols other Associates and those Associates enrol others. This process

continues through unlimited levels in the Associates team. Every new Associate enrolled is in the line of sponsorship

to the company through their sponsor and the sponsor of the sponsor.
