Greyhound Project, Nunavut

Initial project claims were staked to cover historical silverprospects assaying from 1,480 to 3,080 g/t Ag. Subsequent rocksamples range as high as 28.2 g/t Au and 5,380 g/t Ag. The projectis now a joint venture with Agnico Eagle as operator. Auracurrently holds a 43.5% interest in the Greyhound project.

Greyhound Project: Newly Identified VMS Target

1: Target massive sulfide zone: IP Anomalies define suspect Zn-Cu Volcanogenic massive sulfide deposit: Drill Target2: Footwall alteration systems Na, Eu depleted3: Basal synvolcanic intrusion: Heat source driving metal release and discharge

The Greyhound area geology is typical of most VMS districts in the Canadian Shield. It contains:• A laterally extensive subvolcanic intrusion [3]

that provided both heat and possible gold to the system

• A classic footwall alteration assemblage, as identified by Na and Eu depletion [2]

• A series of an echelon conductors that may represent stacked massive sulfide lenses (1).

• Evidence of hanging wall capping sediments and Eu enriched volcanic strata [4]

Massive Sulfide Boulder AnalysesSamples were taken from glacially transported individual boulders or fragments, aligned in a dry stream bed adjacent to the all-weather road to Meadowbank Mine.Samples were selected randomly to represent the range of sulfide-bearing boulders.

Based on the analytical data, these may represent various parts of a massive sulfide occurrence:• Samples 1,5 and 6 are distinctly Zn rich, and may represent the

upper part of a VMS occurrence• Samples 2 and 3 contain elevated Zn and Cu, and possible

represent the lower core part of a VMS massive sulfide mound• Sample 4 is Cu-rich but with less n than the others, and may

represent the lower, stringer zone part of a VMS occurrence• The low Pb content may indicate a Noranda-type, deep water

VMS environment

Greyhound Project: Great Expectations for 2019

“The highly conductive zones are prime targets for VMS discovery, and a drill program is being planned to test them. Drilling will commence as

soon as weather conditions will permit. In addition, we expect to proceed with exploration activities focussed on the many gold discoveries in other parts of the property, including the targets

previously outlined in our December press release”.

Higo Blanco Project - Background• The Higo Blanco project is a large, high-level epithermal vein and replacement

system emplaced in limestone and volcanic rocks;

• Robust, but poorly delineated, silver mineralization and broad zones of low-gradegold (0.5 to 1.0 g/t) mineralization that are mutually exclusive but spatiallyproximal;

• Chargeability highs coincident with identified gold – arsenic anomalies; and

• Drilling in 2009 and 2011 encountered significant mineralization:

HBET03 – 34.2m @ 211.7 g/t Ag HBET02 – 20.35m @ 0.625 g/t Au

HBET16 – 36.6m @ 292.3 g/t Ag HBET11 – 20.85m @ 0.6 g/t Au

HBET23 – 24.6m @ 186.92 g/t Ag HBET27 – 25.3m @ 0.796 g/t Au

• In January 2019, an 80% interest in the project was vended to Minaurum Gold who will compile the historical data, initiate communication and programs with

the host community and design a drilling program in 2019.

Gold Chain Project, Mohave Co., Arizona

• A large amount of historical data (1980s) has been compiled fromseveral phases of reverse circulation, air track and minor core drillingwhich have identified broad zones of low-grade gold mineralization,i.e. 0.5 to 1.6 g/t Au.

• Exploration drilling has focused on three areas, Roadside mine, BlackDyke and Gold Chain (see figure) which contain extensive exposuresof mineralized quartz-calcite stockwork and breccia emerging above abroad pediment of Recent gravels.

• Analysis of Figure 1 suggests that gold mineralization may be focusedat the intersection of a regional detachment-type structure withsteeper, northeast-trending normal faults and rhyolite dikes.

Jefferson Canyon Project, Nye Co., Nevada

• Contains a large volcanic-hosted epithermal Au-Ag system;

• Same age as the nearby Round Mountain deposit (9kmwest), which is a world-class low-sulfidation (LS) epithermaldeposit (>15M oz. Au);

• Both are hosted in felsic ash-flow tuffs along the margins ofcalderas and both contain a strong northwest-trendingstructural control to veins; and

• Extensive Au-Ag mineralization over 1.4 X 1.8 km withcoincident QSP alteration and supporting geophysics.

Central Ag-rich Zone A: 47.2m @ 78.8 g/t Ag,

42.7m @ 54.5 g/t Ag,

48.8m @ 80.7 g/t Ag, and
