The Leadership Council is comprised of the Executive Committee, Committee

Chairs, and Community Representatives. The Leadership

Council meets 1x/month

The HUGS (Home Under Great Support) serves as a task force to work

on specific projects related to the mission of NCP; to promote a

coordinated discharge and follow-up for NICU families. Meets 1x/month.

The Education Webinar Committee meets formally 1-2x/year to plan the

year’s Education Webinars. Outside of these meetings, members coordinate to

find and secure Education Webinar speakers.
