A worker died after falling from a 1.8m A-frame ladder while cleaning the glass panels of a shelf. A motorcyclist collided into a stationary trailer in Shun Li Industrial Park and died four days later. A river taxi caught fire along the Singapore River. Its steersman Ong Hock Long, who was in his 30s, jumped into the water. His body was recovered from the river the next day. A condominium security officer was found unconscious on the ground near his guard post. He died in hospital the next day.
