The importance of a target audience

Its critical to know the audience your are targeting within marketing, else your product will not make profit due to not enough sales. It’s essential that you know your target audience and all its background. For example. Look specifically in a product and meeting, similarly or guidelines of their needs will enhance the product reviews and become successful in sales and profit.

As you can see in the image(on your right). You can see that the member of my target audience is exact and presents my POP genre very well because she’s putting a flower clip in her hair and making sure(in her view) perfect.

Who I’m targeting

Most POP magazines are aimed at you girls ages between 11-14 years old. However I want to create a magazine with a slightly older target audience; 15-18 years old girls. This is because most girls would read current pop magazines are young girls who aspire to be older. Mature teenagers. Then there are fashion and beauty magazines which are aimed at young women. However nothing for girls who are in-between that age/ I want to create a pop music magazine, which still incorporates fashion and beauty into the magazine, although still have the focus of music and charts. To do this I want to make more cover lines and contents relative to music from the charts as pop rather than mainly focusing on fashions and boys.
