Immigration Attorney Paris Lee To Chair Immigration and Naturalization Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association Press release

Atlantic City, N.J., May 13, 2015­­Attorney Paris Lee of the law firm Lee and Garasia, LLC, has been elected to serve as Chair of the Immigration and Naturalization Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA). The New Jersey State Bar Association is voluntary membership organization of more than 18,000 members dedicated to representing the voice of attorneys and promoting professionalism, advocacy, and education among its members. The Immigration Section of the NJSBA is comprised of approximately 158 members focused on the policy, practice, and continuing legal education of attorneys in the specialized field of immigration. Recently, the Immigration Section spearheaded an effort that resulted in pro­bono work in the field of immigration being recognized under the New Jersey Supreme Court Madden requirements. In addition, the section actively sponsors and conducts continuing legal education seminars for attorneys on various aspects of immigration law and its intersection with criminal, family, and injury compensation law. Mr. Lee was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1997 and has been practicing immigration law exclusively since that time.
