Getting a second copy

• Sector-by-sector copy of the customer’s hard drive can be done with Atola Insight or with one of YEC duplicators (bad sector map).

• At this point, we work only with the copy (or image) and not with the original hard drive

Extracting files

• FAT, NTFS file systems are supported. Ext2 and others will be added.
