B2 o 0 new mods installed. Building mods complete through 10 th floor. Currently at 297 mods installed out of 930 total, 31.9%. Mod manufacturing stopped at Navy Yard Bldg 292 according to news reports workers furloughed. o Work on site slowed significantly after news of the mod plant work stoppage. The building was mostly empty on Friday, 8/29 except for buildout work in the subcellar level associated with new employee locker room space for the arena. o The last mods installed was on August 11. B2 had been in the midst of its 2 nd significant mod installation hiatus of greater than 25 work-days (5 weeks+). A previous mod installation hiatus lasted 7 to 8 weeks (April 15 to June 9, 2014) after the building reached the 5 th floor. When mod installation resumed, five floors of mods, Floors 6-10, were installed during a 6+ week timeframe, June 10 - August 1 (and 5 mods on 8/11), a total of 180 mods (5 floors of 36 mods) installed at a rate of 5 mods/work day on average. o At the time of the 12/18/12 groundbreaking the scheduled duration for the 32- story building (plus 2-story headhouse) was 20 months, a 10-month savings over standard construction, and construction was supposed to be complete by July/August 2014. o The module fabrication workforce at the Brooklyn Navy Yard reportedly numbered in the upper 150s at the time of the furlough. This was down slightly from the peak in the lower 160s but still significantly above the original projection of a maximum of 125 workers. A previously mentioned plan to add a second shift never occurred. Only selective O/T was being performed at the Navy Yard plant on weeknights and on Saturdays. o The number of mods per floor are: 27 (Floors 2-4); 36 (Floors 5-19); 29 (Floors 20-23); 20 (Floors 24-32); 8 (Floor 33) and 5 (Floor 34). Mod production began on 7/24/13.
