The Barstow Rail & Craft Fest is hereby requested and authorized to reserve exhibit space(s) at the Barstow Rail & Craft Fest, to be held at the Harvey House, 685 N. First St. Barstow Ca. 92311. The undersigned and Exhibitor does herby take from the Western America Railroad Museum (herein also known as WARM), exhibit space at above said show subject to the rules and regulations herein after set out and upon the following terms and conditions. The exhibitor herby agrees to indemnify, defend, protect and hold harmless WARM and or The City of Barstow from any and all claims, demands, suits liability, damages, loss, costs, attorney fees and expenses of whatever kind or nature which might result from or limited to, claims of damage or loss of property, loss harm, injury or death to the person or any of the Applicants, officers, agents, employees, representatives or exhibitors, and are encouraged to insure themselves against all loss and claims, and hold the WARM completely harmless from all claims and liabilities whatsoever. Further, the exhibitor, agent, employees or assignees shall not hold WARM accountable for or liable in case of fire, water, earthquake and acts of god or any accident or therein related. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and paying any and all sales tax on their sold items. Exhibitors will stay for the duration of the Fest hours (Sat. 9-4, Sun. 9-4) unless authorized to leave early by an Official of WARM. If circumstances arise, that an exhibitor cannot use their space, notification must be in writing, stating the circumstances, the WARM Board reserves the right to refuse or issue refunds for space not used. No refunds will be granted after October 1st, 2010. Applicants, by affixing signatures above on the Application, agree to pay; the fee in full as described and understands and agrees to all terms, conditions, rules and regulations governing said show as set forth herein. Fee: $30.00 per space, own setup for the weekend, exhibitor placement will be done on a first Paid basis. Check must be received with contract. No reservations after October 1st, 2010.

CONFIRMATION

EVENT INFORMATION Welcome, as a participant in the Barstow Rail & Craft Fest. Below, is information pertinent to your participation.

Location: The Fest is being held at the Harvey House in Barstow, CA. Spaces for the booths are located on the covered porches

on the ground level, 10 X 10 tent spaces on the platform in front of the Harvey House and the Rose Garden / Arbor area.

Booth Space: When you arrive, check with the Organizer to get your Vendor information and to verify space assignment. Booth spaces are chalked on the floors. Numbers are chalked inside the space. You must set up within your assigned space. Absolutely No Over Flow Allowed.

Parking-Unloading-Set Up: Please try and unload quickly. Follow the directions of the Parking Marshall. It is best to unload at the designated places then mover your vehicle to the Vendors Parking Area as soon as possible so others may park and

unload. We thank you for your cooperation.

Need Help?: During the event WARM Staff Members will be circulating to answer any questions you may have.

Breakfast at the event will be served on site from 7:00 until 11:00 am. Lunch will be served from 11:00 am to 4 pm.
