Ethnographic Research Observations
Asia Baez Professor Klinkowstein
• Little to no people came to the residence hall kitchen
• Of the two that did, neither wanted to be photographed
Ethnographic Research Observations
• One girl was making a cake for her friend • She wore baggy Hofstra sweatpants and a
concert tee, had no shoes on, and had a messy bun on the side of her head
• She used only, a baking pan, a mixing bowl and a plastic spoon
• She looked confused when using the oven and referred to the mixture box often
