DESCRIPTION

• The sessions are focused on the last phase of the EPSO exam (Assessment Centre) and go into

details on the tests to be carried out, providing keys and practice to overcome it.

• The exercises in class and the work materials put the participant in the same situation as in the

official exam, supervised by a teacher who provides feedback, solves doubts and explains the

applicable methodology.

• Sessions will on the following dates:

• July –4 (9h-12h) General competency, motivational and field related interview

• July –4 (14h-17h) Case study (+5 cases to practice with individual evaluation)

• July –11 (9h-12h) General competency, motivational and field related interview

• July –11(14h-17h) Oral presentation

• July – 25 (9h-12h) General competency, motivational and field related interview

• July –25 (14h-16:30h) Group exercise

• August–1 (9h-12h) General competency, motivational and field related interview

• August–1 (14h-16:30h) Group exercise

• August–8 (9h-12h) General competency, motivational and field related interview

• August–29 (10h-12.30h) Group exercise (More dates will be announced by the end of June)

• The structure of the competition test will be followed and adapted to each candidate profile. The

explanations and the exercise of practice may be in English, French, Italian or Spanish.

• The methodology and applicable strategies have been developed by our teachers, as a result of

their experience passing the tests several times and helping other opponents to successfully

overcome them.

• Places are limited (max 6 students per session). The realisation of the course is subject to a

sufficient number of students.
