Istruzioni di Montaggio per forni MCZ in refrattario o Alutec da assemblare con i Barbecue America, Ranch, Vulcano, Montana, Los AngelesMCZ La ingrazia per lacquisto di questo prodotto e prima di iniziare il montaggio e il suo utilizzo, la invita a leggere attentamente le seguenti importanti avvertenze: A. Seguire queste istruzioni una volta completato il montaggio dellalzata e del piano dappoggio. [Qualora il Forno non venga inserito in un Barbecue, si deve preparare una base con un piano dappoggio in grado di sopportare il peso di 500 kg]. B. Stendere sopra il piano dappoggio uno strato di fibra ceramica (o altro materiale isolante) che resista alla temperatura di almeno 500 C. C. Appoggiare gli elementi della base sulla fibra ceramica. Seguendo la numerazione qui riportata, (vedi esploso numerato) proseguire con gli elementi che compongono la volta. Gli elementi del forno, prodotti con materiale refrattario (Forno Mini) oppure in Alutec (Quadro o Cubotto), si dilatano con il calore. Per questo motivo vanno tenuti uniti solo con del filo di ferro. Si raccomanda di non incollare n sigillare tali elementi tra loro. D. Gli elementi del forno vanno isolati al fine di ottenere una migliore resa calorica. Tale operazione va completata prima di proseguire con il montaggio delle altre parti del Barbecue (es. America) o del rivestimento (es. Montana e Vulcano). Si consiglia di coprire la parte esterna del forno con uno strato di almeno 5 cm di materiale isolante come la fibra ceramica (o lana minerale DIN 4102 A1 ). Anche lisolante va mantenuto fermo con del filo di ferro. Non isolare con sabbia, sale o cenere. E. I forni sono completi di una valvola fumi che viene posizionata sopra la volta o il raccordo. Sigillare il punto di giuntura con silicone isolante, resistente alle alte temperature. F. E possibile raccordare il forno ad una canna fumaria (ad es. se si vuole posizionare il barbecue vicino ad una canna fumaria esterna allabitazione). Si raccomanda che la canna fumaria abbia un diametro () di almeno 20 cm ed un altezza (H) di almeno 3,5 sino ad un max. di 4,5 metri. Per diametri inferiori laltezza della canna fumaria deve essere superiore (es. 17 cm, H. almeno 4,5 metri). La superficie di uscita fumi del comignolo deve essere almeno il doppio della superficie della sezione della canna fumaria stessa. Il peso della canna fumaria non deve mai gravare sul forno o barbecue. G. Completato il montaggio del forno e del suo rivestimento, bene eseguire una serie di brevi accensioni per eliminare lumidit residua presente nei singoli elementi, evitando cos possibili rotture. Proprio la presenza di umidit, soprattutto alla prima accensione, pu causare la formazione di un fumo nero. H. Verificare che nel forno ci sia un adeguato tiraggio: bruciare un po di carta allinterno del forno e controllare che la fiamma vada in direzione dell uscita fumi. I. Il forno pronto per lutilizzo quando la superficie interna assume una colorazione bianca. La formazione di piccole incrostazioni di colore nero sono indice di un forno freddo e quindi non ancora idoneo alla cottura. Accendere il forno sempre in modo lento aumentando gradualmente linserimento della legna.

K. Si consiglia luso di legna fine, di piccola pezzatura ed essiccata, con umidit non superiore al 20 %. L. Micro criccature dovute a fattori costruttivi o dilatazioni termiche, sono caratteristiche peculiari del prodotto refrattario e non ne compromettono la stabilit, la durata e la funzionalit.

PERICOLO! Non usare alcol, petrolio o fluidi combustibili per laccensione o la riaccensione del forno! Usare solo accendifuoco conformi a EN 1860. Non spegnere il fuoco con getti dacqua. Utilizzare sempre un guanto isolante durante lutilizzo del forno, sia per toccare le eventuali parti in metallo che quelle in vetro. E consigliabile effettuare la prima accensione senza vivande, eseguendo poi una serie di brevi accensioni (almeno 3), usando al MAX 3,5 kg per accensione. La temperatura allinterno del forno non deve superare i 350 C ; per far scendere rapidamente la temperatura, aprire lo sportello di cottura. Per regolare la quantit d aria comburente immessa, avvicinare o allontanare lo sportello di chiusura. Controllare periodicamente che il rivestimento del forno non abbia crepe da cui possa filtrare acqua che bagni il materiale isolante compromettendo un adeguato uso del forno. Due i modi per utilizzare al meglio i forni in refrattario con camera unica sia per la combustione che per la cottura: a) Cottura ad irraggiamento indiretto: riscaldare il forno sino a che non si raggiunta la temperatura desiderata. Togliere le braci rimanenti. Inserire i cibi da cucinare. Questa modalit di cottura adatta alla preparazione di pane o biscotti. b) Cottura ad irraggiamento diretto: le braci rimangono allinterno del forno e possono essere alimentate continuamente per mantenere alta la temperatura. Cottura adatta a cibi quali pizza, carni, arrosti, pesce, o per grigliare.

Il Forno Cubotto, viene utilizzato inserendo la legna nel vano inferiore che funge da camera di combustione. I cibi vanno posizionati su quello superiore.

Montageanleitung fr Backfen MCZ aus feuerfestem Material oder Alutec als Ergnzung zu den Gartengrillkaminen America, Ranch, Vulcano, Montana und Los AngelesMCZ dankt Ihnen fr den Kauf dieses Produktes und bittet Sie vor seiner Montage und Benutzung die nachfolgenden, wichtigen Hinweise aufmerksam zu lesen: M. Nach beendeter Montage des Aufsatzes und der Auflageflche, diese Anweisungen befolgen. [Falls der Backofen nicht in einen Gartengrillkamin eingesetzt wird, muss ein Unterteil mit einer Auflageflche, die ein Gewicht von 500 kg tragen kann, angefertigt werden]. N. Auf die Auflageflche eine Keramikfaserschicht (oder ein anderes Isoliermaterial) auftragen, die einer Temperatur von mindestens 500 C widersteht. O. Die Elemente des Unterteils auf der Keramikfaser abstellen. Der hier wiedergegebenen Nummerierung folgen (siehe nummerierte Detailzeichnung) und die Elemente, aus denen sich das Gewlbe zusammensetzt, montieren. Die aus feuerfestem Material (Backofen Mini) oder Alutec (Quadro oder Cubotto) hergestellten Backofenelemente dehnen sich durch die Wrme aus. Aus diesem Grund werden sie nur mit einem Eisendraht zusammen gehalten. Diese Elemente drfen nicht miteinander verleimt oder versiegelt werden (kein Kleber oder Silikon bentzen). P. Um eine bessere Wrmeleistung zu erzielen, mssen die Backofenelemente isoliert werden. Dieser Vorgang muss abgeschlossen sein, bevor man die Montage der brigen Teile des Gartengrillkamins (z.B.. America) oder der Verkleidung (z.B. Montana und Vulcano) fortsetzt. Es empfiehlt sich den Auenteil des Backofens mit einer mindestens 5 cm starken Schicht Isoliermaterials, wie Keramikfaser (oder Mineralwolle DIN 4102 A1 ) abzudecken. Auch die Isolierung muss mit Eisendraht festgehalten werden. Nicht mit Sand, Salz oder Asche isolieren. Q. Die Backfen verfgen ber ein Rauchventil, das auf dem Gewlbe oder dem Rauchabzug montiert wird. Die Verbindungsstelle mit isolierendem Silikon, das hohen Temperaturen widersteht, versiegeln. R. Der Backofen kann auch an ein Rauchabzugsrohr angeschlossen werden (wenn man z.B. den Gartengrillkamin nahe eines Rauchabzugs im Freien aufstellen will). Der Rauchabzug muss einen Durchmesser () von mindestens 20 cm und eine Hhe (H) von mindestens 3,5 bis max. 4,5 Meter haben. Fr kleinere Durchmesser muss die Hhe des Rauchabzugs darber liegen (z.B.. 17 cm, H. mindestens 4,5 Meter). Die Flche des Rauchaustritts am Schornstein muss mindestens das Doppelte der Flche des Querschnitts des Rauchabzugs betragen. Das Gewicht des Schornstein darf nie auf dem Backofen oder Gartengrillkamin lasten. S. Um mgliche Brche zu vermeiden, sollte nach beendeter Montage des Backofens und seiner Verkleidung eine kleine Reihe kurzer Zndungen durchgefhrt werden, damit die restliche Feuchtigkeit in den einzelnen Elementen beseitigt wird. Eben diese vorhandene Feuchtigkeit kann bei der ersten Zndung einen schwarzen Rauch verursachen. T. berprfen, ob ein ausreichender Abzug im Backofen vorhanden ist: im Backofen ein wenig Papier verbrennen und kontrollieren, ob die Flamme in Richtung Rauchaustritt geht. U. Der Backofen ist einsatzbereit wenn die Innenflche eine weie Frbung annimmt. Die Bildung kleiner, schwarzer Verkrustungen weist auf einen kalten Backofen hin, der sich noch nicht zum Garen eignet. V. Den Backofen immer langsam anznden, die nachzulegende Holzmenge nach und nach steigern. W. Es empfiehlt sich die Verwendung kleiner und trockener Holzscheite, die nicht mehr als 20 % Feuchtigkeit enthalten. X. Feine Risse, die auf die Herstellungsverfahren oder Wrmeausdehnungen zurckzufhren sind, bilden besondere Merkmale des feuerfesten Produkts und beeintrchtigen in keiner Weise die Stabilitt, Haltbarkeit und Funktionstchtigkeit.

GEFAHR! Fr die Zndung oder erneute Anzndung keinen Alkohol, Petroleum oder flssige Brennstoffe verwenden! Nur EN 1860 entsprechende Feueranznder benutzen . Das Feuer nicht mit einem Wasserstrahl lschen. Fr die Berhrung eventueller Metall- oder Glasteile, whrend der Backofenbenutzung immer einen Isolierhandschuh berstreifen. Die erste Anzndung sollte mglichst ohne Speisen erfolgen, anschlieend eine kleine Reihe kurzer Anzndungen (mindestens 3) vornehmen, dabei nicht mehr als 3,5 kg pro Zndung verwenden. Die Temperatur im Backofen darf 350 C nicht berschreiten; damit die Temperatur schnell sinkt, die Backofentr ffnen. Um die Menge der zugefhrten Verbrennungsluft zu regulieren, die Schlieklappe annhern oder entfernen. Regelmig kontrollieren, ob die Backofenverkleidung Risse aufweist, in die Wasser eindringen kann, das dann das Isoliermaterial nsst und damit den Gebrauch des Backofens beeintrchtigt. Es gibt zwei Arten, um Backfen aus feuerfestem Material mit einer einzigen Kammer bestmglich fr Verbrennung und Speisenzubereitung zu nutzen: a) Garen mit indirekter Strahlung: den Backofen aufheizen bis die gewnschte Temperatur erreicht ist. Die restliche Glut entfernen. Die Speisen, die gegart werden sollen, hineinstellen. Diese Art des Garens eignet sich fr die Zubereitung von Brot oder Kleingebck. b) Garen mit direkter Strahlung: die Glut bleibt im Backofen und es kann stndig nachgelegt werden, um die hohe Temperatur beizubehalten. Dieses Garen eignet sich fr Speisen wie Pizza, Fleisch, Braten, Fisch oder zum Grillen.

Beim Backofen Cubotto wird das Holz in den unteren Raum, der als Brennkammer dient, eingelegt. Die Speisen werden in den oberen Raum gestellt.

Assembly Instructions for MCZ ovens in refractory material or Alutec to be assembled with America, Ranch, Vulcano, Montana and Los Angeles BarbecuesMCZ thanks you for purchasing this product and invites you to read the following warnings carefully prior to installation and use. A. Follow these instructions once the riser and the support top have been assembled. [If the Oven is not inserted into a barbecue, a base must be provided with a support top capable of bearing a weight of 500 kg]. B. Lay the support top with ceramic fibre (or equivalent), capable of withstanding a temperature of at least 500 C. C. Set the components of the base on the ceramic fibre. Following the numbering shown here, (see numbered exploded view) proceed with the components which make up the dome. The components of the oven, in refractory material (Mini Oven) or in Alutec (Quadro or Cubotto), expand with heat. Therefore they must be held together only by steel wire. Do not glue or seal these components together. D. The components of the oven must be insulated in order to achieve better heat results. This operation must be completed prior to assembling the other components of the Barbecue (i.e. America) or the cladding (i.e. Montana and Vulcano). It is advisable to cover the external part of the oven with a layer of at least 5 cm of insulating material like ceramic fibre (or DIN 4102 A1 mineral wool ). The insulation must also be secured by means of steel wire. Do not insulate with sand, salt or ash. E. The ovens are complete with a smoke valve placed on the dome or on the connection. Seal the joint with insulating high temperature resistant silicone. F. The oven can be joined to a chimney flue (for example if the barbecue needs to be placed near a chimney flue outside the house). It is important that the chimney flue has a diameter () of at least 20 cm and height (H) of at least 3.5 up to a maximum of 4.5 metres. For smaller diameters the flue must be higher (e.g. 17 cm, H. min. 4.5 metres). The smoke outlet of the chimney must have a surface at least twice the size of the cross section of the flue. The weight of the chimney flue must never be exerted on the oven or barbecue. G. Once the oven and cladding have been assembled we recommend building a series of small fires to drive out any traces of humidity in the single components, thus avoiding possible breakage. Humidity, especially on first ignition, can cause the formation of black smoke. H. Check that the oven draws well: burn some paper inside the oven and check that the flame is drawn towards the smoke outlet. I. J. The oven is ready for use when the internal surface becomes white. The formation of small black incrustations indicates that the oven is still cold, and not yet ready for cooking. Always start a fire slowly and add wood gradually.

K. We recommend the use of dry, good quality, small cut wood with humidity inferior to 20%. L. Micro fissures due to manufacturing or thermal dilation are typical characteristics of refractory products and do not jeopardise their stability, lifespan and functionality.

DANGER! Do not use alcohol, petroleum or combustible fluids to light or re-light the oven! Use only firelighters which comply with EN 1860. Do not put the fire out by throwing water on it. Always use an insulating glove when using the oven for touching both metal and glass parts. It is advisable to perform the first ignition without any food followed by a series of brief ignitions (at least 3), using MAX 3.5 kg per ignition. The temperature inside the oven must not exceed 350 C ; open the oven door to rapidly reduce the temperature. In order to regulate the input of combustion air, move the door forward or backwards. Periodically check that there are no cracks in the cladding as these can cause water leaks which will dampen the insulation and compromise the correct use of the oven. There are two ways in which the single chamber refractory oven can be used both for combustion and cooking: a) Indirect radiation cooking: heat up the oven until reaching the desired temperature. Remove the embers. Introduce the food. This cooking mode is suitable for baking bread or biscuits. b) Direct radiation cooking: the embers remain inside the oven and can be kept burning to maintain the high temperature. Cooking mode suitable for pizza, roasted and grilled meat or fish.

The Cubotto oven is used by placing the wood in the lower compartment which acts as combustion chamber. The food must be placed in the upper compartment.

Suivre ces instructions une fois fini le montage du socle et du plan d'appui. [Au cas o le Four ne serait pas insr dans un Barbecue, prparer une base avec un plan d'appui en mesure de supporter le poids de 500 kg]. B. tendre sur la plan d'appui une couche de fibre cramique (ou autre matriau isolant) en mesure de rsister la temprature de 500 C. C. Poser les lments de la base sur la fibre cramique. En suivant la numration reporte, (voir clat numrot), continuer avec les lments qui composent la vote. Les lments du four, produits avec un matriau rfractaire (Four Mini) ou en Alutec (Quadro ou Cubotto), se dilatent avec la chaleur. Pour cette raison ils ne doivent tre unis qu'avec du fil de fer. Il est recommand de ne pas coller ni sceller ces lments entre eux. D. Les lments du four sont isols afin d'obtenir un meilleur rendement calorique. Cette opration doit tre complte avant de continuer le montage des autres parties du Barbecue (ex. America) ou du revtement (ex. Montana et Vulcano). Il est conseill de recouvrir la partie externe du four d'une couche d'au moins 5 cm de matriau isolant tel que la fibre cramique (ou laine minrale DIN 4102 A1 ). L'isolant doit galement tre maintenu avec du fil de fer. Ne pas isoler avec du sable, du sel ou de la cendre. E. Les fours sono quips d'un clapet des fumes positionn sur la vote ou le raccord. Sceller le point de jonction avec du silicone isolant, rsistant aux tempratures leves. F. Il est possible de raccorder le four un conduit de fume (par ex.si l'on souhaite positionner le barbecue prs d'un conduit de fume externe). Il est recommand que le conduit de fume ait un diamtre () d'au moins 20 cm et une hauteur (H) d'au moins 3,5 jusqu' un max. de 4,5 mtres. Pour les diamtres infrieurs, la hauteur du conduit de fume doit tre suprieur (ex. 17 cm, H. au moins 4,5 mtres). La surface de la sortie des fumes du toit doit au moins tre quivalente au double de la surface de la section du conduit de fume. Le poids du conduit de fume ne doit pas peser sur le four ou le barbecue. G. Une fois termin le montage du four et de son habillage, effectuer une srie de brefs allumages afin d'liminer l'humidit rsiduelle prsente dans chaque lment et d'viter toute rupture possible. La prsence d'humidit, surtout lors du premier allumage, peut causer la formation d'une fume noire. H. Vrifier qu'il y ait un tirage adquat dans le four : brler un peu de papier l'intrieur du four et contrler que la flamme se dirige vers la sortie des fumes. I. J. Le four est prt l'emploi lorsque la surface interne prend une couleur blanche. La formation de petites incrustations de couleur noire indiquent un four froid pas encore prt pour la cuisson. Allumer toujours le four de manire lente en augmentant graduellement l'introduction du bois.

K. Il est conseill d'utiliser du bois fin, de petite taille et sec, dont l'humidit de dpasse pas 20 %. L. Les micro fissures dues des facteurs de fabrication ou des dilatations thermiques sont des caractristiques spcifiques du produit rfractaire et n'en compromettent pas la stabilit, la dure et la fonctionnalit.

DANGER ! Ne pas utiliser d'alcool, d'essence ou autre liquide combustible pour allumer ou ractiver le barbecue ! N'utiliser que des allume-feu conformes EN 1860. Ne pas teindre le feu avec des jets d'eau. Utiliser toujours un gant isolant durant l'utilisation du four, aussi bien pour toucher les ventuelles parties en mtal que celles en verre. Il est conseill d'effectuer le premier allumage sans aliments l'intrieur et ensuite une srie de brefs allumages (au moins 3), en utilisant au MAX 3,5 kg par allumage. La temprature l'intrieur du four ne doit pas dpasser 350 C ; pour faire baisser rapidement la temprature, ouvrir la porte de cuisson. Pour rgler la quantit d'air comburant mise, approcher ou loigner la porte de fermeture. Contrler priodiquement que l'habillage du four n'ait pas de fissures d'o pourrait filtrer de l'eau. Celle-ci pourrait pntrer le matriau isolant et compromettre une utilisation adquate du four. Deux sont les faons d'utiliser au mieux les fours en matriau rfractaire avec chambre unique aussi bien pour la combustion que pour la cuisson : a) Cuisson irradiation indirecte : chauffer le four jusqu' ce que soit atteinte la temprature souhaite. Enlever les braises restantes. Introduire les aliments cuisiner. Cette modalit de cuisson est indique pour la prparation de pain ou de biscuits. b) Cuisson irradiation directe : les braises restent l'intrieur du four et peuvent tre alimentes de manire continue afin de maintenir leve la temprature. Cuisson adapte pour les aliments tels que pizza, viande, rti, poisson ou pour griller.

Le Four Cubotto est utilis en introduisant le bois dans l'lment infrieur qui sert de chambre de combustion. Les aliments sont positionns sur l'lment suprieur.

Instrucciones de montaje para hornos MCZ de refractario o Alutec para ensamblaje con las Barbacoas America, Ranch, Vulcano, Montana y Los AngelesDesde MCZ le agradecemos que haya decidido adquirir este producto y, antes de comenzar a montarlo y utilizarlo, le invitamos a leer atentamente las siguientes advertencias importantes: A. Siga estas instrucciones una vez completado el montaje de la base y de la superficie de apoyo. [Cuando el horno no se vaya a integrar en una Barbacoa, se debe preparar una base con una superficie de apoyo capaz de soportar un peso de 500 kg]. B. Extienda sobre la superficie de apoyo una capa de fibra cermica (u otro material aislante) que resista temperaturas de al menos 500 C. C. Apoye los elementos de la base sobre la fibra cermica. Siguiendo la numeracin indicada, (vea el despiece numerado), prosiga con los elementos que componen la bveda. Los elementos del horno, realizados con material refractario (Horno Mini) o bien con Alutec (Quadro o Cubotto), se dilatan con el calor. Por ello, deben mantenerse unidos solo con alambre de hierro. Se recomienda no pegar ni sellar estos elementos entre s. D. Los elementos del horno deben aislarse para obtener un mejor rendimiento calorfico. Esta operacin debe efectuarse antes de continuar con el montaje de los dems componentes de la Barbacoa (ej. America) o del revestimiento (ej. Montana y Vulcano). Se aconseja cubrir la parte externa del horno con una capa de al menos 5 cm de material aislante como fibra cermica (o lana mineral DIN 4102 A1 ). El aislante tambin debe mantenerse sujeto con alambre de hierro. No realice el aislamiento con arena, sal o ceniza. E. Los hornos poseen una vlvula de humos que se coloca sobre la bveda o la conexin. Selle el punto de unin con silicona aislante resistente a altas temperaturas. F. Se puede conectar el horno a un conducto de humos (por ej. si se desea ubicar la barbacoa cerca de un conducto de humos exterior de la vivienda). Se recomienda que el conducto de humos tenga un dimetro () de al menos 20 cm y una altura (H) de al menos 3,5 hasta un mximo de 4,5 metros. Para dimetros inferiores, la altura del conducto de humos debe ser superior (ej. para 17 cm, H. de al menos 4,5 metros). La superficie de salida de la cumbrera debe ser al menos el doble de la superficie de la seccin del conducto de humos. El peso del conducto de humos no debe recaer nunca sobre el horno o la barbacoa. G. Una vez completado el montaje del horno y de su revestimiento, conviene efectuar una serie de encendidos breves para eliminar la humedad residual de cada uno de los elementos y evitar as la posibilidad de roturas. Precisamente, la presencia de humedad, sobre todo durante el primer encendido, puede causar la formacin de un humo negro. H. Compruebe que el horno cuente con un tiro adecuado: queme un poco de papel dentro del horno y compruebe que la llama est orientada en la direccin de la salida de humos. I. El horno estar listo para su uso cuando la superficie interna adquiera un color blanco. La formacin de pequeas incrustaciones de color negro indica que el horno est fro y que, por tanto, no est preparado todava para la coccin. Encienda el horno siempre de manera lenta, aumentando gradualmente la cantidad de lea aadida.

K. Se recomienda usar lea fina, en pedazos pequeos y secos, con una humedad no superior al 20 %. L. Las microfisuras debidas a factores de fabricacin o a dilataciones trmicas son caractersticas propias del producto refractario y no perjudican su estabilidad, duracin ni funcionamiento.

PELIGRO No utilice alcohol, petrleo o fluidos combustibles para encender o reencender el horno. Utilice solo productos de encendido conformes a la EN 1860. No apague el horno con chorros de agua. Utilice siempre un guante aislante mientras use el horno, tanto para tocar las partes de metal como las de cristal. Se aconseja efectuar el primer encendido sin alimentos, seguido de una serie de encendidos breves (al menos 3), usando como MX 3,5 kg por encendido. La temperatura interna del horno no debe superar los 350 C; para disminuir rpidamente la temperatura, abra la puerta de coccin. Para regular la cantidad de aire comburente introducido, acerque o aleje la puerta de cierre.
