There will be a Congregational meeting on Sunday, January 12th for the purpose of presenting the 2014 budget and to approve a change in Pastoral terms of call. R e m e m b e r i n g a n d C e l e b r a t i n g Baptism: On Sunday, Jan. 12th , families with children who were Baptized in 2013 will have a Milestone Ministry event in the Library at 9:00 a.m. with Pastor Mark, Pastor Margaret and members of the Children’s Ministry Team. It was with great joy that our congregation witnessed the baptism of 11 children this past year.

A member of the flower guild will be in the fellowship hall between worship services during January taking signups for flower dedications/memorials for 2014. Stop by and sign up.

The Genesis Epiphany Social for Young Adults and Young Families will be today from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. at the home of Danny and Ginger Bryant (2809 Hastings Rd, HSV). Nursery care will be provided at the church. Bring a potluck side or dessert to share.

Young Adults will resume our 7:00 p.m. gathering at Sam & Greg’s on Tuesday, January 7th.

The Sacrament of Holy Communion will be observed at both worship services next Sunday, January 12.

Disciple 1 will resume on January 7.

Presbyterian Youth Connection will be this evening from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. All youth are welcome and encouraged to come. Breakfast and Bible Study is a Youth Bible Study led by Andrew Bevel Friday mornings at 6:45 a.m. in the library. All youth middle and high school age are encouraged to come.

LOGOS theme for January 8 is “Best Foot Forward” so wear crazy socks!

Chancel Choir Rehearsal will resume on January 8, 2014. Crusaders Ringers will resume rehearsals on January 12, 2014.

Joe and his wife, Gail, have decided that they would like to spend more time traveling, spending time with family, and just enjoy-ing retirement!
