Concrete Filled Welded Steel Panels

Our best seller, the FSD-Panel system, is constructed of a welded structural steel assembly designed to accommodate ultimate and dynamic loads. It's specifically formulated cementitious fill and E-Coat finish gives the FSD panel a quiet and solid feel underfoot. Panel systems are available in 24" x 24".

(Testing on blocks does not represent performance of an actual installation.) Ultimate, Rolling, and Impact Load tests are performed using CISCA test procedures.

The SD-Series hollow steel

panel system uses the same

welded steel technology found

in the FSD panel. With its high

strength and light weight, the

SD-Series panel is the product

of choice for many computer

room applications. This panel

has the ability to interchange

with the FSD panel, allowing

for ultimate flexibility in flooring

design. Panel systems are

available in 24” x 24”.

MC125 Woodcore Panel

The ASM MC125 Panel is constructed of a high density composite core encased in a sheet metal shell. The MC Systems offer high performance characteristics in a fair valued product. Its solid feel and light weight offers an economical solution to your access floor needs.

The ultimate load test is considered the single most important test in the CISCA series, indicating when panel failure occurs. Every ASM panel has a minimum 2-to-1 safety factor on ultimate loading.

Our H300D Quick-Loc(PAT) pedestal head is specifically designed to offer maximum support to the floor by supporting the flange of the panel, the corner, and by locking the panel with the fastener and underneath locking arm. This capturing style head allows for quick and easy installation by locating the panel in the proper position. ASM is the only manufacturer that provides this style pedestal head, providing a safe, quick, and strong floor system.

Pedestals come in a variety of sizes and dimensions based on seismic requirements, equipment loads, and other non- typical needs. Ensuring the safety of your personnel and critical equipment is of the utmost importance within your facility, so calculating the proper pedestal requirement is crucial and should be considered with all new construction or retrofit. Thinking ahead and understanding your future needs should play a role in the determination and calculation of your understructure system.
