Bunco is this Friday, November 17, and the third Friday of every month! Please mark your calen-dars and plan to join us! It doesn’t matter if you’ve

never played!

Please come at 7pm with a finger food, if you’d like, and Bunco will begin at 7:30pm. If you have any questions, please call Debbie Breckenridge at

359-7063.

We are offering an Adult Study on Advent during P.R.E. (9:45-10:45am Sunday mornings) during

the month of November. This is a wonderful way for you to educate and prepare yourself for Advent. The classes are video based from

FORMED and include reflection information to take with you. The sessions take place in the

Chapel. Get your kids to their class and come join us to further your religious education.

Bishop Holley to Visit

On December 2nd, Bishop Holley will be visit-ing our parish for the 4:30pm Mass. Immedi-ately after the Mass, we will have a potluck/

reception for Bishop Holley and Fr. Mike. Please plan to attend. Remember to prepare enough food for your family plus one. Let us all be present to welcome Bishop Holley once

again to St. William.

Women’s Club Bake Sale

The Women’s Club will be sponsoring a Bake Sale next weekend, November 18/19. Plan to buy your Thanksgiving desserts

at this time.

We would like to thank everyone who donated items for the Silent Auc on and a ended the Harvest Dinner. Also, a special thanks to the

Youth, their sponsors, Debbie Breckenridge and Mary Heburn, for the incredible job they did in

serving the dinners and cleaning up a erwards. We could not have done it without you.

The Knights of Columbus are selling “Keep Christ in Christmas” holiday cards. They are

being sold in the Family Life Center after both Masses on Sunday mornings. Please

support this worthy cause.

VIRTUS

Virtus, “Protec ng God’s Children”, class will be held on Sunday, November 19th at 12:30pm in the class-

rooms in the FLC. This is a requirement from the Dio-cese of Memphis and throughout the U.S. for all

adults over the age of 18 and out of high school who have any contact with children. This is for adults

who have not already taken this training. Please call Gary Harper at 835-4707 or Regina Kons at 837-6534

to sign up.

Please join us for a 12 week course on “The Bible and the Virgin Mary” beginning

on Tuesday, November 28th at 1pm. There will be pray-

er, video, questions and Memory Verse discussions. Please bring a Bible. Optional only is a workbook and a book for

Saturday, December 9th is the Angel Tree Auction and parish potluck. All are invited to

Thanksgiving Meals

As we do every year, our parish is providing some 500 meals for those in need on Thanks-

giving. We need your help. If you are interested in providing a cooked or uncooked turkey, a pie,
