1.1 The ASL Marine Group ASL Marine Holdings Ltd. Is a vertically-integrated marine company principally engaged in shipbuilding, ship repair, ship chartering and other marine related services catering to customer mainly from Asia Pacific, South Asia and Middle East and Europe. Headquartered in Singapore and listed on the SGX Mainboard since 2003, ASL Marine holds ownership of ASL Shipyard which operates in three different locations: Singapore, Indonesia (Batam) and China (Guangdong), providing a comprehensive range of shipbuilding and shiprepair services spanning myriad sectors/industries. ASL Marine is well recognized within the marine industry for its expertise and experience in building Tugs, Barges, Offshore Support Vessels, Work Vessels, Azimuth Stern Drive Tugs, Emergency Response and Rescue Vessels and Commercial Tankers. 1.3 Our Core Businesses Ship Building ASL Shipyard provides a comprehensive range of shipyard and support services for new buildings, conversions and retrofittings. With over a decade in ship building, the yard has established an impressive track record of new buildings in specialised niche vessels such as Offshore Support vessels, Tug boats, Self-Elevating Platforms Jack-Up Barge and Dredgers.

Ship Repairs

ASL’s drydocking facilities in Batam include:

• Dock No.1 (Batam Dock) – a 340m Graving Dry Dock for vessels up to 150,000 DWT

• Dock No.2 (Rempang Dock) – a 230m Dry Dock

• Dock No.3 (Galang Dock) – a 180m Dry Dock

for retrofittings, conversions, life-extensions and repairs of all types of vessels including:

• Tankers, Container Vessels, Bulk Carriers, etc.

• Offshore Work Vessels, Dredging Vessels, Pipe Laying Vessels • FSOs and FPSOs

• Jack-Ups and Oil Rigs Ship Chartering

ASL’s Chartering Division also maintains a young fleet of more than a 180 vessels, comprising AHTs, Multi-Purpose Work Boats, Tugs and barges providing Marine Logistics services for customers from diverse industries, including offshore oil & gas, marine infrastructure, dredging, land reclamation & marine construction works and transportation of cargoes such as aggregates and heavy equipments. Batam Yard Profile Batam is an Indonesian island located nearby south of Singapore, some 40 minutes away by ferry. It has a free-trade zone with industrial areas designated specifically for shipyards and developed infrastructure such as roads, telecommunications, utilities and supporting services. Our Batam Yard, with a deep naturally sheltered waterfront, is a comprehensive newly developed Yard facility with a land size of over 30 hectares. The yard is self contained and houses 3 Graving Dry Docks, the largest being 340m in length and is capable of accommodating up to cape-size vessels.

China Yard Profile This is a newly developed, eight-hectare yard in Guangdong, China, where smaller and less sophisticated vessels are built.

ASL Shipyard Capability Profile Yard Capabilities

2.1 Yard Facilities and Equipment Facilities and Equipment Our Yards’ Infrastructure provides comprehensive facilities for undertaking all types of New Building and Ship Repairs projects. The shipyards in Singapore and Batam occupy an area of approximately 37,219 sqm and approximately 300,000 sqm respectively. Specifically, the Singapore shipyard can hold up to 20 vessels, for new buildings and afloat ship repairs. The yard also has a flexible drydocking configuration, and utilises a mobile boat hoist Marine TraveliftTM 800CMO which has a lifting capacity of approximately 800 tonnes. Our yard is well equipped with equipment and tools for performing a range of tasks and jobs necessary for new building and repairing of ships/vessels. There is a comprehensive range of cranes of up to 250Tons in capacity, transporters, fabrication & assembly workshops, NC cutting systems, automatic blasting system, steel processing machinery, machining centre, gas & water pipeline, seawater desalination plant.
