For students seeking a truly global legal qualification, NUS has partnered with New York University School of Law to offer a dual degree programme that earns an LL.M. from each institution, known informally as NYU@NUS. The programme commences in Singapore in May, with NYU faculty flying to Singapore for intensive classes, continues with the NUS semesters, and concludes in New York City with a programme designed to complement preparations to sit for the New York Bar Exam.
SHANGHAI
Students who want to combine their NUS degree with significant time in China should consider the LL.M. in International Business Law. The programme takes place in Singapore and Shanghai and is offered in partnership with the East China University of Political Science and Law.
MASTER OF LAWS (LL.M.)
The Master of Laws degree offers an opportunity to upgrade qualifications, to develop new skills, and to form professional and personal connections that will last a lifetime. Specializations allow a programme of study tailored to develop expertise in a particular area — or you can design your own LL.M. programme, choosing from around 100 courses offered by the NUS faculty and visiting professors.

The Law School offers two double degree programmes in partnership with the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. dOCTORAL PROGRAMME
The NUS Faculty of Law boasts extraordinary breadth and depth of scholarship, and is committed to cultivating the next generation of academics. Generous scholarships are available for the doctoral programme to cover tuition and basic living expenses.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
The NYU@NUS programme has a significant number of merit-based scholarships. Scholarships are also available for the other coursework programmes. For details, see the Graduate Studies Web site.
