LNG Terminal and Trunkline Project, China’s first LNG
import project
• Advising Petronas, ConocoPhillips, Talisman and Singapore
Petroleum in the acquisition, development and financing of
Sumatra Transcentral and Sumatra-Batam-Singapore gas
transmission pipeline projects in Indonesia
• Advising the Singapore Government in preparing new gas
sector legislation as part of the deregulation of Singapore’s

• Advising Premier Oil in the West Natuna (Indonesia to

• Advising BOT Lease Co., Ltd. on the development and
financing of the Minami Towada Wind Power Project in
Japan, including negotiation and preparation of a power
sale agreement to Tohoku Electric Co., Ltd.
• Advising BP p.l.c. in connection with the $412 million limited
recourse financing for the 716.8 MW Phu My 3 gas-fired
electric generating facility in Vietnam
• Advising ConocoPhillips and Talisman Energy on the sale of
2.3 trillion cubic feet of gas from the Corridor Block produc-
tion sharing contract in South Sumatra over a 17-year period
to PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara, the majority state-owned
Indonesian gas transmission and distribution company, for
transportation to industrial users and power generators in
West Java
• Advising PT Energi Sengkang (sponsors include El Paso and
Energy Equity) on the development and financing of a 135
MW expansion of a gas-fired IPP in Sulawesi, Indonesia and
related gas sales arrangements from a sister company
• Advising Singapore Petroleum Company Limited on the
$23.2 million acquisition of Coastal Indonesia Sampang Ltd.
from El Paso Production Company, a subsidiary of El Paso
