Rules• Apps must be published on the Nokia Store between the Feb 10 and March 31, 2013 to be qualified for
the next phase.
• Top publishers are decided by the following criteria: No. of review(A), Stars rating(B), No. of download(C).
• Champion: 01 Lumia 920, Runner-up: 01 Lumia 820
• Top 10 publishers will be awarded 01 Lumia 620
• Top 20 new publishers will be awarded 01 “latest asha device to hit the market”.
• Applications must not be taking part in another contest.
• Publisher must be located in Vietnam.
• No AppWizard and Xpress Web App Builder
• One given publisher account can only win one device of any type.
• Nokia retains all rights to the final decision of winners

• Step 3: Add your content metadata, including icons, screen shots, and content descriptions. Choose a price point.
• Step 4: Upload your packaged installation file.
• Step 5: Select the devices, countries and languages to which you want to distribute your content.
• Step 6: Submit your content for our Quality Assurance (QA) review. Plan for a turnaround time of four to six days.
