ASEM  11  was  organized   in  a  nation  that  both  geographically  and  historically  has  been  a  bridge  between  these  two  continents.

ASEM  demonstrated  Mongolia  is  peaceful  and  safe  country  and    a  jewel  of  democracy   and  freedom  in  the  region  

“Partnership   for  prosperous  connectivity  between  Asia  and  Europe”  was  a  theme  stressing  the  importance  of  inter-­‐regional  cooperation  between  the  ASEM  economies.  

“Steppe  Road”  initiative   has  been  one  of  the  main  topics  of  Mongolia-­‐Russia-­‐China  trilateral  summits  and  was  introduced  at  ASEM  Business  forum.  

Significance   of  ASEM  hosting  was  immense   in  political  and  foreign  relations  field.  But  this  needs  to  be  translated  into  economic  benefits.
