Sirina Sisombat-Hervy is the Managing Director of Sinouk Coffee, a leading player in the
Coffee Industry in Laos.
She leads the internal transformation of the company to scale with its future growth in
domestic and regional markets. Under her leadership, the company has reinforced its
presence in the lao market with a unique value proposition as the company masters the
entire coffee value chain: Not only do they grow coffee, roast it with their own receipe,
and distribute to HORECA, but Sirina also has her sights set on establishing coffee tourism
as a key draw card to Southern Laos. Visitors can visit their coffee plantation where they
can see the whole processing, and also complement their coffee experience at the Coffee
Learning House.
Her previous experiences in Marketing and Sales in France and Singapore as well as her
leadership have given a new dynamic to the entire organization. She is transforming the
way of drinking Lao coffee by raising it to international expectations, and progressively
bringing in disruptives consumption models which shall progressively be adopted by Lao
people. Her ambition is to lead the expension of the the company to Asean Market within
the next 5 years, and keep raising the level of awareness about Lao coffee internationally.
Her actions are already bringing results as the company plans is to export their roasted
coffee in 4 Asean countries this year.
Before joining Sinouk Coffee and returning to her Origin Country, she headed the office of
a start up in Singapore where she also built her network and knowledge of the ASEAN
market. She then joined a major American Consulting Company in the Digital Consulting
practice and lead projects with clients in various industries such as Logistic, Insurance,
FMCG, Government.

many position such as Head of Subdirectorate Investigation Unit for local Government in
BPKP (2000-2004), Anti-Corruption Component Manager in BPKP (2002-2004), Director of
Initial Investigations in Indonesia's Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) (2005-2011),
Deputy of Information and Data in KPK (2011-2012), and Deputy of Prevention in KPK

Prof. Dr. Ina Primiana serves as President Commissioner of PT Pegadaian (Persero). She is
Professor of Economics and Business at Padjajaran University (UNPAD), Indonesia. She is a
researcher, and the scope of research is generally conducted on industry and SME’s. Her
expertise is in operations management, logistics and supply chain management. Currently,
she is chairman of the SME’s Focus Group at the Indonesian Economy Graduate Association
(ISEI) and member of LP3E of Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. As a
speaker or person source both at regional and national level. In 2016 became Chairman of
the Doctoral Program of Management Science and is currently the head of Business school
owned by the largest regional Bank in Indonesia.
