1. Similar Products – film beginning analysis

There is research into similar products through the analysis of four key film opening. Analysis of the film openings pays attention to aspects of mise-en-scene –props and location. There is good detail of how audiences may respond to the film openings. Cinematography, editing and sound are discussed as a key factor in genre and establishing character/narrative and narrative – The Purge, Blair Witch Project.Editing pace also used to reflect atmosphere.
