ensure that Physical Evaluation Board documentation, issuance of Physical Evaluation Board Findings, &

corresponding disability counseling occurred in a fair and timely manner for nearly 10,000 Marines and

Sailors. • Developed and implemented standard operating procedures and supervised the reorganization of Physical

Evaluation Board (PEB) personnel and work flow, which increased productivity by 20%.

• Project lead for the Secretary of the Navy Physical Evaluation Board; developed a Department of Defense

(DoD) and Veteran Affairs electronic case file transfer system for military members within the Integrated

Disability Evaluation System (IDES). Interacted with all branches of the military as well as the

Department of Veteran Affairs. • Developed and managed the websites for the Secretary of the Navy, Council of Review Boards ensuring

• Served as the Assistant Chief of Staff for C4I in support of international humanitarian assistance and

disaster relief during Japan’s devastating earthquake, providing and managing personnel and resources to

• Supervised the integration of the Support Wide Area Network (S-WAN) platforms, which provided Marine

Corps Systems Command with proof-of-concept tests for the Republic of Korea.

• Supervised the functioning of the second largest Electronic Key Management System account in Okinawa,

Japan and a Classified Material Control Center activity, which was responsible for safeguarding classified

material and processing clearances for more than 200 Marines.

(C4) concepts of support and operations for all exercises, contingencies and Operations Plans, in support of

1st Marine Aircraft Wing, Marine Air Control Group 18, and the Marine Air and Control System.
