H E A LT H - B U I L D I N G F O OT S PAGifting a couple of essential oils, along with a package of Dead Sea Salts brings together two luxurious bath resources. Dead Sea Salts are full of nourishing minerals that can be easily absorbed through the pores of the feet.

The addition of some decorative sea shells nestled in colored shred make this a gift one that anyone would love.

Creatively wrap up everything up in a simple plastic dish-pan container along with a bag of floral marbles - or a commercially available foot spa - for a simple foot bath. A thoughtful gift that will keep on giving for months to come.

A R O M AT I C B AT H A simple variation of idea #1 above, this gift collection could consist of a small basket with 2-3 bottles of essential oil accompanied by a bath sachet. The combination of a bottle of Lavender essential oil with a Lavender bath sachet could be a very nice, simple, restorative gift.

What’s a bath sachet? It’s a simple organza bag that’s filled with Dead Sea Salts that have been infused with essential oils. For example, 1 cup of Dead Sea Salts, with 12-15 drops of Lavender Essential oil, in an organza bag.

Including some simple printed instructions could be helpful for the recipient, to help them know how to use the essential oils in other ways, if they wish to.

You could also add in a nice coordinated votive candle and bath poof. See item #4 ‘Release the Stress’ basket for still more ideas of things to include in a bath basket.

3T H E U LT I M AT E R E L AX I N G B AT H Start with a small woven basket, add colorful tissue or shred, then add in a colored votive candle, a small bag or two of Dead Sea bath salts and 2-3 bottles of your select essential oils. Some essential oils that could be used to promote relaxation include Bergamot, Lavender, Geranium, Roman Chamomile, and Balsam Fir.

You could add another thoughtful touch to this basic gift. For a grandmother, add a copy of “Chicken Soup for Grandparent’s Soul”; or for a teen add in a copy of “Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul.”

A creative spring basket could include a pair of gardening gloves, flower seeds, a small bird house, and a memorable gardening plaque along with an essential oil or two.

4G A R D E N E R ’S C A R E B A S K E TThis would be a sweet gift for gardening-loving friends. In a festive box, assemble a pair of gardening gloves, some seed packets, 2-3 gardening hand tools - maybe some pruning shears and a hand spade tied with ribbons - along with two essential oil blends that provide relief from sore muscles such as Relieve & Restore Blend, Marjoram or an oil or two from the All-Systems Collection.

Add in some organic hand soap and moisturizing hand lotion or carrier oil for skin soothing after a long day playing in the dirt.

Anybody who’s worked in the dirt needs extra care for their hands when the work is over!

Include ‘instructions for blending’; suggest blending 10-12 drops of essential oil per tablespoon of carrier oil. An ‘extra touch’ to the gift box might be a CD of calming music; the entire gift box or basket can be accented by a creative accent ribbon.
