Each year Arlington/Roe
invites a promising college
student to intern at our
headquarters in Indianapolis.
The Arlington/Roe summer
internship program is designed
for insurance and risk
management students to
understand what it takes to be
a managing general agent and
wholesale insurance broker in
the Excess & Surplus Lines
marketplace. One candidate will
be chosen for this position, and
the program will be tailored to
your interests.
Compensation
The selected intern will receive
$650 per week (gross) to cover
ancillary expenses. Housing (if
needed) and reasonable travel
expenses will also be covered.
Internship Schedule
This 8 - 10 week internship will
take place during the summer
months. Start date is flexible.
