To help maintain a high level of service to you and our community, the following are a basic list of guidelines. Reservations are confirmed upon payment, receipt of a signed Facility Use Agreement and a room set-up form. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check or credit card. Booking fees are non-refundable. If your meeting is cancelled, please notify the Center as soon as possible. It is the responsibility of the applicant to follow all applicable local, state and federal safety rules and regulations. Any damage resulting from use of the facility shall be paid by the user. The user is responsible for leaving the room in the condition in which it was found. Food / Catering Use of our many local restaurants or catering services is encouraged. Enclosed Sterno containers with chafing dishes for warm food are allowed when an attendant is present. Alcohol is not permitted at the event. Any damage resulting from use of the facility shall be paid by the user. The user is responsible for leaving the room in the condition in which it was found. Equipment The Center has a set amount of seating and tables. Additional equipment is the responsibility of the organization or individual renting the space. If you will be using the Center’s audio-visual equipment, we can make arrangements to test your computer with our equipment prior to your meeting date. City employees shall not handle, care for, or act as custodian of any equipment or property at the meeting, and shall not be liable for any loss or damage to such property. Behavior The Center reserves the right to eject or cause to be ejected from the facilities any disorderly person or persons. Neither the City nor its employees shall be liable to users for any damages that may result upon such action.

Conference Room Guidelines:

Our team would like to make sure your experience is productive and collaborative experience. To help maintain a high level of service to you and our community, the following are a basic list of guidelines.
