KEY INFORMATIONLetsabisa Lerotholi is Currently heading and managing the Practice ARCHL!VE DESIGN LAB ARCHITECTS and Urbanists, registered as

lefikalegend architects in 2007.

She was involved as an employee on the 2010 Fifa projects at a previous prestigious firm, Boogertman + Partners, where she left with a good

reference. Previous to that she was employed by the well know and highly applied architect and professional urban designer GP Greeff. Letsabisa

was very instrumental in the acquiring of the practical completion stage of soccer city in ensuring the absolute execution of all way finding and

statutory signage drawings that also produced the tickets.

She is a designer with a very strong technical knowledge and has experience in the planning, design, technical documentation, building audits,

building contracts and consultant co-ordination, activities typically required from architectural consultants. These include small, medium and large

scale developments, clinics, transportation hub, high end residential, Urban design written policies and special development frameworks.

from the SAIA website. The SAIA Agreement also describes the duties and responsibilities of both client and architect, and forms a solid basis for a mutually beneficial

relationship. We are a full-service architectural practice delivering design, project documentation, and contract administration services across a range of project types.Service

PROJECT DEFINITION PHASE:

· Drawing up the brief or the schedule of accommodation

· Site Assembly or Land parcel Assembly processes.

· Limited urban design studies

· Site selection and Due Diligence on comparable site locations, based on commercial and strategic parameters

· Site selection in ecologically sensitive areas, by on-site inspections and direct observation

· Participation in Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA's)

· Participation in consultations and meetings with local interest groups as part of Public Participation Processes

· Precedent studies relevant to the brief, based on similar successful projects.

· Due Diligence investigations on existing buildings

· Measuring up of existing buildings and investigations into existing plans

· Enquiries at Local Authority to establish planning law parameters applicable to a site

· Engagement and negotiations with the SA Heritage Resources Agency (SAHRA)

· Advice on building techniques and procurement models for buildings in remote locations
