student to design a five star RESORT HOTEL ased on a the!e, and
transfor!ing the the!e into spatial narrative and dra" analogies fro! our epics,
!yths, and narrative past. Spatial sequences to e structured si!ilar to events,
episodes ased on the narrations. #nterior spatial !orphology that is e$pressive
of unconventional ideas.

%ive star resort hotels offer unique holiday e$periences to the guests to rela$ and
un"ind. This e$perience is further enhanced if it is e$pressive of the local culture
and traditions integrated "ith a the!e. The!e ased interior design concepts to
e i!ple!ented ased on the folklore, literature, etc The design !ust take
advantage of the site condition and environ!ent.
SITE'
The site is contoured and located on the scenic setting having a each
vie" a trape&oidal site "ith t"o parallel sides one side '((! long autting
the road and the other ')*! long facing the each located (**! fro! the

contour levels difference the highest point at road level and lo"est point

OBECTIVE'
To design A R5S6RT +6T5L for 2** guests for creating a unique,
rejuvenating and !e!orale e$perience for the guests
The design should respond to the site condition and environ!ent.
To create cli!ate responsive hotel "ith respect to the orientation of the
roo!s good vie"s ,open space, net"ork of open space, roads,
infrastructure, a!enities, etc.,
To enhance the sustainale factors like paved4shaded path"ays, R7+,
77T, S7T, etc., for co!fortale living in the site and surroundings.
The successful design of a hotel project depends on the uniqueness
of the the!e and a!ience, services and availaility of appropriate
services and the provision of adequate parking spaces should e
i!ple!ented in the design.
