email address & FSBPT ID

Tell aPTitude you are a student when you create

your account

aPTitude then creates a pre-licensure repository for you to record activities

Search for already completed activities or those you want to complete

Click on the activity title on the search page to

view more details

When you complete an activity you can record it

If your activity is not already in

aPTitude, you can create your own

recording by completing these

fields.

All recordings display under “Activities”

You can even upload a certificate

of completion!

When you are issued a PT or PTA license, change your

account setting…

…and add the new license
