Outlook for May Torrance real estate investors had a great time in April as several key data points moved in positive directions. For example, total sales increased 32.9%, the market median sales price bumped up 7.7%, and the median days to sell dropped by more than 13%. In addition, property listings jumped 12%, the sales/listing ratio improved by 18.6%, and months of inventory fell by 15%. – What’s not to like?! In the news… According to C.A.R., data analysis reveals a 33% spike in home buyers purchasing “median-priced, existing single-family home[s] in California” over the last year.
