Changes to Scope

• The proposed revisions to the MPSA have been expanded to:– Combine the two versions of MPSA (Attachments A ansd A-1 of the

Tariff); and– Eliminate a list of unexecuted MPSAs in Attachment E to the Tariff

that:• Has not been updated in some time;• Duplicates a listing reported to FERC quarterly (EQR).

Changes to Process

• MPSA and Exhibit E Changes require TC Review.– Discussion is scheduled for the May 24th TC;– A vote will be requested at the June TC meeting

• These changes should not extend the current schedule .

• The Participants Committee vote would likely be in August 2012.– ISO requests a vote at today’s Markets Committee meeting;– The Section III.12 changes are on the May 15th Reliability Committee

agenda;– Presuming a June Transmission Committee vote, the entire package

ought to be on the Consent Agenda for Participants Committee action in August.
