Having held an Operator’s Licence for 10 years it is Mr Akhtar’s responsibility to meet the requirements of the licence consistently. 3) A final warning is given, subject to the following undertakings: i) A new (suitable to the Office of the Traffic Commissioner) Operating Centre is to be nominated by 31st July 2015. The Operating Centre is to be suitable in terms of location, ability to store records and conduct daily walk round checks – school grounds are unlikely to satisfy the Traffic Commissioner. ii) J.G.Till are to be retained as Transport Consultants and to notify the Office of the Traffic Commissioner if the contract is terminated by Mr Akhtar. iii) Finances are to be produced for 2 vehicles by 30th October 2015 showing funds for the previous 3 months. iv) Audit reports from J.G.Till on maintenance and driver’s hours compliance are to be sent the the Office of the Traffic Commissioner and the Operator’s local DVSA every 3 months until 30th May 2016 and then annually. v) A qualified CPC holder is to be engaged to oversee systems for 2 days per month.
