10. General and Specific Terms of Participation HAMBURG ancora YACHTFESTIVAL, Technical Regulations of Hamburg Messe and Congress GmbH and the harbour regulations issued by ancora Marina GmbH & Co. KG shall be an integral part of the contract. They are applicable in the version valid at the time of signing of contract, and can be inspected at yachtfestival.de/applicationforms and hamburg-messe.com. We are also happy to send you these documents by e-mail on request (please contact: [email protected]). In case of application on behalf of a foreign exhibitor by an inland agent the inland agent is liable for the obligations of the foreign exhibitor resulting from this agreement.

Exhibitor passes: No exhibitors’ passes are needed as there will be no access control at this exhibition.
Parking permit: Due to the limited space for parking on-site, every Exhibitor with presentation on land or in the hall will get 1 parking permit per Main- and Co-Exhibitor. Exhibitors on berths will get 1 parking permit per berth, but as a maximum 2 parking permits per Main-Exhibitor and max. 1 parking permit per Co-Exhibitor. The parking permit does not entitle the Exhibitor to get a parking space on the ancora Marina site.
Electricity supply on land: The costs for Electricity supply (only consumption, not equipment) are included in the price for your booth or pagoda tent.
Harbour dues for berths before and after the Exhibition: From May 18th until June 2nd,2019(excludingthedurationoftheexhibition),adiscountof20%onthenormalharborduesofancora
Marina GmbH & Co. KG will be granted for boats which are exhibited at the HAMBURG ancora YACHTFESTIVAL. Please contact the harbour master by email in advance, if you need a berth before or after the Exhibition.
Marketing package: ThechargeforthemandatoryMarketingpackageformainandco-exhibitorsis€220.–eachexcl.VAT.Thisfeeincludesanentryinall of the trade fair media (printed & online list of exhibitors).The deadline for requesting an entry in the trade fair media (catalogue copy date) will be communicated by the responsible service partner in a timely fashion. Requests not received by the deadline will result in existing information from the event registration / acceptance data being used. Co-exhibitorsmustbenotifiedtoHMCinwritingwithindicationofcompanyname,address,andproducts/services.Nochargeismadeforco-exhibitors.Theonlychargeforco-exhibitorsistheMarketingpackageof€220.–,whichisinvoicedtothemain exhibitor.
Harbour safety and security: The instructions of the harbour and security staff have to be adhered to at any times. Exhibitors/owners are responsible for the correct and safe mooring of their yachts.
Stand construction authorisation:(cf. Technical regulations, clause5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 5.6)
All stand constructions upward of 2.5 m in height, special structures, temporary buildings, etc. are subject to approval. Constructions which are not approved or comply with legal requirements or the Technical regulations must be removed by the exhibitor. Please also notetheregulationsapplyingtopodiums,ladders,stepsandfixedlinks.
Limitations on admission: Only maritime exhibits will be permitet.
Restrictions: It is prohibited to advertise in any form outside the allocated berths and/or pagodas. All boats have to be brought into the marina on their own keel by the exhibitor.
Cleaning: Cleaning of the boats and pagodas has to be arranged by the exhibitor and must be completed before the opening of the exhibition each day.
Reductions in size of stand space:(see clause 8.6 GTP HAMBURG ancora YACHTFESTIVAL)
Thestandspacespecifiedintheadmissionconfirmationisbinding.Afteradmission,anyreductionsinstandspacerequestedbytheexhibitor are possible only in consultation with HMC, and do not lead to reduction in stand rent. If HMC succeeds in renting out the standspacetoathirdparty,anadministrativefeeamountingto25%ofthe(proportional)participationfeeforthespacenotusedbythe exhibitor is payable in accordance with clause 8.6 GTP HAMBURG ancora YACHTFESTIVAL.
Pagoda Deposit: Adepositof€50.–willbechargedperpagodatentinadvanceinordertoguaranteethatitwillbeleftcleanandthatexhibitswillnotbe removed before the end of the boat show. The deposit will be given back after the boat show by presenting the receipt and if both requirements have been fulfilled.
