Until we are able to return to our two Churches, we are celebrating the Mass at St. Elizabeth of Hungary & St. Isidore. Every Sun-day the recorded Mass will be posted on our Apple Valley Catholic Community website (www.applevalleycatholic.org) and on our Face-book page (Apple Valley Catholic Collaborative). The recorded online Mass will be posted each Sunday by 9:00 a.m. Please join us online each Sunday for the celebration of Mass.

Many people have reached out and asked how they can help the staff help our community. We are forming teams of “ambassadors” to make personal phone calls to people in our collabora-tive community. Thank you to all of you who have been able to send in your offertory, as your means allow, through your Online Giving, EFT, and mailed-in envelopes. Thank you also to those who have been able to make a one time or recurring gift to the special 90 Day Now fund. This special fund provides support directly to our parishes, with no diocesan obligations. Thank You for your gener-ous support of our local St. Vincent de Paul so-cieties as they help support those in need in our local communities.

Over the past several weeks, we have worshiped and connected with each other virtually. Stay tuned as we continue to reach out in different ways and offer additional programs and experi-ences! Young Family Ministries

Sacrament of First Holy Communion Our hearts and prayers of love and support go out to all of our Apple Valley Catholic Collaborative children, their parents, relatives and invited guests, who were unable to celebrate together at our two First Communion Masses that were scheduled this month. As of this time, we have no up-date on when or how these celebrations will take place. We do know that the Cardinal of the Arch-diocese of Boston, Sean O’Malley, has commissioned a task force that will provide us with this in-formation. We thank you for your prayers and your patience during this time, and we will update you as soon as we receive the recommendations from the Office of the Cardinal.

Sunday Morning Zoom Calls

We miss you and your children, and invite you to keep connected with us and join the First Communion children zoom meetings every Sunday Morning at 10:00!

At-Home Faith Resources for Young Families

There are many on-line resources to help keep young children and families connected to our ongo-ing virtual AVCC church events, and to their faith during this time. The three primary offerings are:

- View AVCC or other Catholic Masses with your children; - Participate in live/recorded Children’s Liturgy Of the Word Sunday Mornings at 9:30 a.m. (see more details below); - Participate in First Communion family zoom at 10:00 a.m. Sunday mornings.

These and other faith resources are posted on our website, and are being communicated through email as well. If you have any questions or would like additional information, please contact Joan Mattila: joan@applevalleycatholic.org.

CLOW Offered Sunday Mornings at 9:30 a.m. via Facebook Live! Young children and their parents have been logging into our Apple Valley Catholic Collaborative Face Book page to participate Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. from their homes in a live and inter-active Children’s Liturgy Of the Word (CLOW).
