10.10 Student feedback mechanism on institutional governance / faculty performance

For institutional governance suggestion boxes are kept in all the departments. Students are encouraged to puttheir suggestions regarding administration of various departments & sections in the institution. Suggestionsare opened in front of head of the institution & issues are resolved with concerned head of the section. Issueswhich can not be resolved will be discussed in the HOD’s meeting. In addition to this feedback is taken fromthe students personally by the HOD’s as well as during their GFM meetings. Even parents suggestions areconsidered. For faculty performance feedback from students about teaching faculty is obtained in designedformat twice in a semester. Depending on feedback, suggestions are given to the concerned faculty forimprovement
