Appendix A identifies 35 positions anticipated to be used during the life of the resultant contract. This appendix will be reviewed annually to determine DMA program needs and may be increased, decreased, or modified throughout the life of the contract. 1. Administrative Assistant (43-6011)

• Provide entry, mid, or high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Prepare conference and event materials such as flyers or invitations.

• Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that Agency format policies are followed and recommend revisions.

• Open, sort, route and distribute incoming correspondence, mail, including faxes and email. • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals. • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and

performing basic bookkeeping work. Prepare and mail checks. • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings. Maintain

scheduling and event calendars. Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers or supervisors; answer phones and direct calls to appropriate parties; take messages.

• Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, or reports, such as presentations or expense, statistical, or monthly reports.

• Make travel arrangements for executives and office personnel. • Establish work procedures or schedules and keep track of the daily work of clerical staff. Supervise other

clerical staff and provide training and orientation to new staff. Train and assist staff with computer usage. • Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or

maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence or other material. • Manage projects or contribute to committee or team work. Conduct searches to find needed information,

using such sources as the Internet. • Perform related work as required or assigned.

2. Administrative Services Manager (11-3011)

• Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. • Plan, direct, or coordinate one or more administrative services of an organization, such as, records

information management, mail distribution, facilities planning and maintenance, custodial operations, and other support services.

• Direct or coordinate the supportive services department of a business, agency, or organization. • Set goals and deadlines for the department. • Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve

operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of records. • Acquire, distribute and store supplies. • Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies. • Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet

environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations. • Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.

3. Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Auditing Clerks (43-3031) • Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete; Perform any

combination of routine calculating, posting and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records; check accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers.

• Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. • Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information. • Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations. • Debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using specialized accounting

software. • Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records,

using journals and ledgers or computers; comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Calculate, prepare, and issue bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements according to established procedures.

• Compile statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profits and losses.

• Code documents according to company procedures. • Access computerized financial information to answer general questions as well as those related to

specific accounts. • Operate 10-key calculators, typewriters, and copy machines to perform calculations and produce

documents. • Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information. • Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records.

4. Budget Analyst (13-2031)

• Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations; analyze budgeting and accounting reports.

• Direct the preparation of regular and special budget reports. • Analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls. • Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation. • Match appropriations to specific programs, including emergency funds. • Summarize budgets and submit recommendations for the approval or disapproval of funds requests. • Review operating budgets to analyze trends affecting budget needs. • Consult with managers to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with program

changes. • Compile and analyze accounting records and other data to determine the financial resources required to

implement a program. • Perform cost-benefit analyses to compare operating programs, review financial requests, or explore

alternative financing methods. • Interpret budget directives and establish policies for carrying out directives. • Perform related work as required or assigned.

5. Business Continuity Planner (13-1199)_

• Develop disaster recovery plans for physical locations with critical assets such as data centers. • Test documented disaster recovery strategies and plans. • Analyze impact on, and risk to, essential business functions or information systems to identify

acceptable recovery time periods and resource requirements.

• Identify individual or transaction targets to direct intelligence collection. 6. Cashier (41-2011)

• Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there

is adequate change. • Greet customers entering establishments. • Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas. • Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash

registers, or optical price scanners. • Issue trading stamps, and redeem food stamps and coupons. • Resolve customer complaints. • Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies. • Cash checks for customers. • Perform related work as required or assigned.

7. Community Assistance Consultant (21-1099)

• Serve as the Defense Support of civil Authorities (DSCA) subject matter expert and provides primary staff with specific guidance regarding National Guard operations; analyze and manage risk management

• Assists with EOC operations; reviews procedures and provides recommendations; update operation plans, law enforce checklists, information planning packets, and completes JOPLAN suspenses.

• Assists the DOMS in state emergency communications operations; researching problems or situations regarding communications; reviews procedures and coordinates with local agencies in their development of integrated and interagency communications for DSCA operations; perform routine operations checks; schedule and coordinate maintenance services for radios, to include military and commercial emergency communications equipment.

• Establishes liaison with County EOCs; participates in local level training and exercises; attend local, state, and federal level planning meetings and conferences; develop and maintain positive working relationships with Department of Emergency Management’s (DEM) Regional Coordinators and associated partners.

• Maintain proficiency in civil support concepts and emergency operations; provide expert guidance to area command staff; track DSCA training requirements of area command personnel.

• Performs related work as required or as assigned. 8. Computer User Support Specialist (15-1151)

• Oversee the daily performance of computer systems; provide technical assistance to computer users; answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients; provide assistance on the use of hardware or software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

• Delivers services consisting of secure and non-secure fixed voice communications; wireless voice; data and video connectivity services, video conferencing services (excludes desktop video teleconferencing).

• Provides collaboration and messaging services including services for tools for workforce to communicate and share information; application ad web-hosting including management services and required to support web and application hosting; provides for IT operations centers and systems and processes to allow customers to have a seamless access to IT applications and solutions, which include service desk support, continuity of operations and disaster recovery support.

• Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems. • Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors. • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating

systems, or appropriate software. • Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or

installation specifications. • Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or

installation activities. • Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve

problems or to provide technical assistance and support. • Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service. • Develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software. • Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications. • Perform related work as required or assigned.

9. Distributed Learning (DL) Program Manager (11-3021)

• Plans and directs Florida ARNG’s Distributed Learning Program. • Work with NGB, selected vendors, clients, classrooms, State Advisory Board, Regional Advisory Board

and other DL Managers; Coordinate and plan training via video-teleconference, audio conference. • Maintain operational level of assigned classrooms.

• Serves as the point of contact for all coordination pertaining to Distance Learning; Market the state’s Distance Learning Shared Usage Plan.

10. Electrical and Electronic Repairer, Commercial & Industrial Equipment (49-2094)

• Test faulty equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test equipment or software, and applying knowledge of the functional operation of electronic units and systems; Study blueprints, schematics, manuals, or other specifications to determine installation procedures; Repair or adjust equipment, machines, or defective components, replacing worn parts, such as gaskets or seals in watertight electrical equipment; Maintain equipment logs that record performance problems, repairs, calibrations, or tests; Inspect components of industrial equipment for accurate assembly and installation or for defects, such as loose connections or frayed wires.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, such as checking, cleaning, or repairing equipment, to detect and prevent problems.

• Calibrate testing instruments and installed or repaired equipment to prescribed specifications; Examine work orders and converse with equipment operators to detect equipment problems and to ascertain whether mechanical or human errors contributed to the problems; Set up and test industrial equipment to ensure that it functions properly; Operate equipment to demonstrate proper use or to analyze malfunctions; Coordinate efforts with other workers involved in installing or maintaining equipment or components.

• Consult with customers, supervisors, or engineers to plan layout of equipment or to resolve problems in system operation or maintenance.

• Enter information into computer to copy program or to draw, modify, or store schematics, applying knowledge of software package used; Maintain inventory of spare parts; Install repaired equipment in various settings, such as industrial or military establishments; Develop or modify industrial electronic devices, circuits, or equipment, according to available specifications; Send defective units to the manufacturer or to a specialized repair shop for repair; Determine feasibility of using standardized equipment or develop specifications for equipment required to perform additional functions.

• Advise management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, or suggestions for product improvements.

11. Electrical and Electronic Equipment Assembler (51-2022)

• Inspect and test wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits for resistance factors and for operation; and record results; Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions.

• Assemble electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings, using rivets, bolts, soldering or micro-welding equipment; Adjust, repair, or replace electrical or electronic component parts to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications; Position, align, or adjust workpieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring or assembly; Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers.

• Clean parts, using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths; Drill or tap holes in specified equipment locations to mount control units or to provide openings for elements, wiring, or instruments.

• Install, alter and repair single phase and three phase primary distribution system circuits, transformer banks and related equipment on the Post’s 13,200 volt electrical distribution system. Installation done in accordance with REA.

• Maintain and repair emergency generators and related controls/transfer switches. Ensure proper preventative maintenance and operation of unit is performed within 3 days of scheduled use. Units are maintained in good working order.

• Assists section electrician in installation and repair of single and three phase electrical motors, motor starters and related controls. Ensure correct phase rotation of motors. Make the most cost efficient analysis between repair and replacement of components.

• Assist section electrician with installation, alteration and repair of single and three phase large amperage electrical systems including load centers and sub panels. All work is performed within specifications and in accordance with national Electric Code; Assist other members of the Public Works section as required and directed; comply with Hazardous Waste management rules and regulations within the workplace. MSDS sheets are maintained on each product being used. Quantities are only ordered that can be completely used for purposes intended. Ensure containers and products are disposed of in accordance with areas Hazardous Rules and Procedures and spills are reported and cleaned up according to published procedures.
