MEMBERSHIP CRITERIAADAM Global uses member selection criteria based on quality control, experience and professional service standards across a range of disciplines. These qualities are to be assured as firms need to address all challenges, at the same time capitalise on the opportunity of representing a region exclusively across a range of disciplines exclusively.
• Legal (corporate law is preferred)• Accounts and Auditing (having a tax expertise is a plus)• Management Consultants (with expertise in Feasibility
studies and Market research)
FIRMS THAT ARE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS AREAS
• Be at least 3 years old• Have at least 5-10 employees with relevant expertise• Be global-centric or seeking to develop international
contacts or be part of an international network• Be able to communicate in English• Have a proper office space• Disclose annual information of key practices (fees,
turnover, number of staff )• Have a minimum annual turnover ranging between US
$ 200,000 and US $ 500,000• Have high professional and ethical standards• Be in good standing within its region
THE COMPANY SHORTLISTED SHOULD
• Corporate services providers (specialising in Company Incorporation and providing support services)• Intellectual property• Immigration consultants
• Have a commitment to superior client service• Offer a 24-48 hour response to all ADAM
correspondences• Disclose all professional claims• Have its principals attend the annual ADAM Global
Conference and be active participants in the network
• Be encouraged to use of ADAM branding on web-sites and other marketing collaterals
• Adhere to Strategic Partnership Agreement• Not already be members of another similar Associa-
tion and/or Network
MEMBERSHIP OBLIGATIONSEach member firm must adhere to the following policies:
• The network will induct one member firm from each financially viable city
• Members must represent their full-time business within the network
• Agree that all staff of each member firm adopts the ADAM Global Code of Practice
• To accept the ADAM Global Articles of Association (Constitutional Document) and in particular, agree to the sections which relate to fee payment
• The presence at the Annual Partners Meeting and/or Regional Meetings is expected otherwise the member firm risks the chance of losing its membership
• Communicate electronically with a commitment to use the latest technology in the delivery of its services and have its own website or the ADAM Global respective Office page up-to-date
• To have English speaking staff at a senior level, as well as staff speaking the language(s) of the host country and/or neighbouring countries
• The members must pass referrals to one another and are monitored by the membership committee
• An individual firm cannot be in two or more networks • Any conflicts between members are to be brought to
the attention of the membership committee for action The membership committee holds the right to place the firm, at their sole discretion, under probation or removed if the firm fails to comply with the policies and/or professional code of ethics
• The members of the network are not to be solicited without their prior approval
• There is an initial registration fee and an annual mem-bership fee paid annually to ADAM GLOBAL LIMITED
• Membership Fees are payable 60 days before the due date. If unpaid 15 days after the due date, the member is dropped as a member of ADAM Global
• Fees are non-refundable• Fees cannot be transferred from one member to
another• To promote ADAM Global to their network and clients• The policies are subject to change and the members
will be notified of any changes
