ABOUT US

APG-Neuros is a privately-owned company with head-

quarters located in Quebec, Canada and production facil-

ity in Plattsburgh, NY. Engineers and owners recognize

our company as the force behind the successful market

introduction of the high-speed turbo blower technology

in the wastewater treatment market. We are an award-

winning company that strives for continuous technologi-

cal developments and innovations. We own our techno-

logical foundation, conducting in-house R&D programs to

keep innovating and improving our products and services.

Since 2005, we have followed a focused approach, based

on aerospace models, for product introduction. Our ap-

proach highlights our technical competency, proven de-

sign, high quality components, and UL & CSA certifica-

tion.

This focused approach has led to the success of our prod-

ucts and the wide acceptance of the High Speed blower

technology in the wastewater treatment and industrial

sectors in North America. We have achieved over 1,000%

growth in our sales revenue, exceeding $200 million in

cumulative sales between 2006 and 2019. Our blowers

currently achieve the highest installed base of any High

Speed Turbo Blower manufacturer, with over 1,300 units

installed and more than 100 units on order in North

America and Europe. Combined with deliveries from our

partner Neuros, worldwide installations exceed 5,000

units.

Industry leading experts and think-tanks have awarded

APG-Neuros on numerous occasions. In 2011 and 2012,

APG-Neuros received the Artemis Project and APEX

awards for most promising companies in the water in-

dustry for applying innovative and sustainable product

to address water industry challenges. In 2012, the com-

pany also received the Product Innovation Award from

Frost & Sullivan in the aeration technology market in

North America. Frost & Sullivan evaluated APG-Neuros

blowers against key competitors based on criteria such

as the innovative element of the product that lever-

ages leading edge technologies, the value added fea-

tures, customer benefits of the product, the increased

customer Return on Investment leading to decision on

acquisition. In 2013, 2015, and 2016 PROFIT 500 Mag-

azine listed APG-Neuros on the top 500 of Canada’s

Fastest-Growing Companies. In July 2016, the com-

pany was honored by the Canadian Business Executive

with 2016 “Best of Canada’’ award. Finally, in July 2017

APG-Neuros CEO was awarded as “Best Turbo Blower

Manufacturer CEO – North America” by CEO Monthly.

Our Facilities

APG-Neuros Production & Testing plant is located in a 60,000

square foot facility in Plattsburgh, NY, approximately 75 miles

south of Montreal, QC where all the high speed turbo blowers

are assembled, tested and inspected. It houses engineering, test-

ing, assembly, field service, administrative, quality control and

support personnel. The facility’s warehouse has a large spare

parts inventory for quick response time to support its opera-

tional fleet.

The production plant has two state of the art test cells for con-

ducting acceptance testing. The test cells and associated equip-

ment are fully ISO 5389 and ASME PTC-10 compliant and can

test cores as well as complete packages. Each test cell has a Data

Acquisition System to monitor pressure, flow, vibration, power

and temperature. Top of the line equipment is used for data veri-

fication and all equipment is calibrated to national and interna-

tional standards. Every test cell has its own control room where

customers can witness test. APG-Neuros has 12 test technicians

in this production facility dedicated to high speed turbo blowers.

The Headquarters of APG-Neuros is located in a 32,000 square

foot facility in Blainville, QC Canada where the supply of blow-

ers is managed and engineered. It houses the executive, finance,

administrative, engineering, support, research and development,

customer service, quality control, repair/overhaul, and assembly/

testing personnel.

Adrian Boboc has a Mechanical and In-

dustrial Engineering degree. He has more

than 17 years of experience in the design

and start-up of customized industrial

equipment with multinational compa-

nies. He joined APG-Neuros in 2010 and

is currently responsible for engineering.

Vito Mossa has over 20 years of experi-

ence working as a director of finance and

controller, as well as an auditor at Ernst

& Young. Mr. Mossa has a Bachelor of Fi-

nance Degree from McGill University. He

leads the finance team of APG-Neuros.

Hamid Sarvi has over 30 years of experi-

ence in the wastewater industry in private

and public sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s

Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s

Degree in Construction Management. Mr.

Sarvi is a registered Professional Engineer

in California.

Yasser Salman joined the company in

2016 bringing with him over 15 years

of experience in water & wastewater

treatment industry. He holds a Bachelor

in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of

Business Administration and PMP cre-

dential from PMI.

Bradley joined APG-Neuros in 2012 and

has an AAS in Electrical Engineering Tech-

nology from SUNY Canton. He has exten-

sive experience with PLCs, electrical trou-

bleshooting, networking and has been

directly involved with the manufacturing/

testing of Turbo Blowers for over 5 years.

Graham has over 28 years of Sales and

Solutions Oriented experience spent

with five market leading manufactur-

ers within the Valve, Flow Control and

Process Industries. Supplying Water Au-

thorities, Consultants, Civil Contractors,

OEMs and Distributors.

Ann Waterhouse joined the company in

2011, bringing with her over 20 years of

experience in Technical Communication,

information development, continuous

improvements/planning and managing

companywide Quality Management Sys-

tems.

Craig Phelps has over 20 years of ex-

perience in engineering environment

throughout various industries and holds a

Bachelor of Engineering from Wales New-

port in automation systems and control.

Before joining APG-Neuros, Craig worked

for leading water authority in the UK.

Elana Podvalniuk has a Bachelor of Com-

merce from the John Molson School of

Business in International Business and

Management. She joined APG-Neuros in

2010 and is responsible for marketing,

communications and business develop-

APG-Neuros is a privately owned high growth company. Its

corporate structure is based on business models of successful

industrial and aeronautic companies. APG-Neuros Senior Man-

agement, Sales, Operations Management and Finance teams are

located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. APG-Neuros also employs

Sales, Technical Service and Support staff located in the US, Can-

ada and Europe, in close proximity to its customers. Addition-

ally, APG-Neuros has developed a highly efficient Field Service

Network comprised of internal commercial and technical service

teams and Field Service Engineers as well as Third-Party service

providers located within proximity to its customers. In addition

to its local resources in North America, APG-Neuros has direct

access to Neuros technical resources with high level technical

competencies in the areas of compressor, air bearing, permanent

magnet synchronous motor and controls technologies. The tech-

nical resources from Neuros have been relocated to APG-Neuros

in a systematic manner consistent with its operations growth in

the western world. Through obtaining/developing the internal

resources required to design, produce and test the equipment

in-house, APG-Neuros is able to successfully meet accelerated

submittal and delivery schedules without compromising quality

or customer satisfaction.
