    Communities Under Siege

    Continued from page 1

We who are sired from the loins of

giants, from those that tackled far

    larger and entrenched obstacles than

face us today, suddenly find ourselves

speechless and without a plan to saveour most precious commodities, our

    children. There is a disconnect

between ourselves and our at risk

youths. And the cause for thatdisconnect does not lay at their feet.

    Absent demonstrations that continue to

shout STOP THE VIOLENCE, " we

often seem to be at wits end.

Where are our action committees, our

think tanks, our planning boards? How

often, if at all, are we in our Youth House, our group homes and our high schools,

engaging, mentoring, trying at the root to

make a difference in our 'at risk'community kids' lives. Where is the spirit

of Malcolm; the relentlessness of one our

own city's Amiri Baraka, the courage of

Huey P. Newton and the righteous

    indignation of Martin Luther King?

We have allowed ourselves to become

bystanders and observers while our cityspirals out of control, our children are

murdered in cold blood, and those that are

lucky enough to escape the randomness ofinternecine violence, lives lived in near

PTSD? One day people will look back on

this day and wonder, where were the

strong black men and woman when their

    communities disintegrated and imploded?

My brothers and my sisters, you can make a

difference, but you cannot do so from the

comfort of your couch. You have to becomeengaged. Seeks out organizations that are

taking this bull by the horns. If, you cannot

find one, then create one with liked minded

friends or family members. Do not wait until

the senselessness strikes you or your familypersonally before you see the need to act.

In closing APFFC's motto is instructive, IF,NOT NOW THEN WHEN, AND IF NOT

YOU THEN WHO ? " If, you cannot lead

    then follow, but get involved.

    Your brother. Akbar Pray

The 2nd installment of Dr. Ru dissertation on

    THE ULTIMATE GANGSTERS

    By Rudy Williams

Buckle up Dorothy. The world is about

    to go bye-bye.

    -The Matrix

Central Banks are more dangerous to

    republics and democracy than standingarmies.

    -Thomas Jefferson

Though the ol Tom Cat was no

saint-far from it-he was no dummy either. On the contrary, being a 32 degree Mason,

a well-educated politician, war veteran, diplomat and statesman with extensive

    experience and knowledge of European

politics, (not to mention, a slave holder),

Thomas Jefferson knew exactly what he

spoke when he warned the Union about

central banks. Prior to the contentious

1913 coronation of the U.S. Federal

    Reserve Bank, by President Woodrow

Wilson (a stalking horse and secret agent

of the international banking House of

Rothschild) and Congress, many of the

founding fathers and the early Presidents

were-to put it mildly-allergic to centralbanks, especially on their turf. Thus, only

twice before 1913 did Congress authorize

limited (20 year) charters for the

establishment of a central bank; Once

under Lincoln (1860-65) because of the

Civil War, and James Garfield (1881).

Eerily, both were assassinated during their

presidencies (no conspiracy, of course). The Brits are sore losers and

bitter-enders. At the loss of the ColonialWar to their American gangster cousins,

they and the international bankers (the

Rothschilds) conspired day and night to

    recapture their prized ex-colonies. Forget

about the Constitution; damn ink on the

Declaration had not even dried! However,

at the time, the sore loser, bitter-endersalso had their bloody hands full in an al

our gang war with that little sawed off

Bonaparte, over who was the real BOSS

of BOSSES of the European continent

(1793-1812). So the re-capture had to be

one of patient cunning. No problem at

all for the crafty, two-faced doubledealing England. Instead of cannons,

this time The Perfidious Albion sent

secret agents and gold to the new nation

to set up shop on Wall St. and as we

know, Wall St. eventually grew up to

    become the worlds largest financial

capital, after Babylon-don. (For the past300 years, the Crown District of London

has been the real financial capital of the

world, as well as the headquarters of the

    Illuminati.)

    The corporate takeover was not

a one-night stand: it was pulled off in

stages, because unfortunately, it met up

with the Monroe Doctrine (1823), which

was a power move by James Monroe ,

the 5thU.S. President, to put England,

Spain and France, his gangster rivals, on

notice to keep their fangs out of North,

South and Central America- or else. The doctrine declared, America is for

Americans. In other words, back the

    fuck up.

The British press had a field day

with that; damn bloody ol chaps.

Whatever. In any event, the infantile

republic had a large growing nest of

    Tories and Benedict Arnolds whose

aristocratic blood went back to theMayflower and who were more than

willing to se it out to the King for money,

power and a pat on the head. Till this

day, their names are the marquee family

names, titles and crests that dominate

    Wall St., Morgan, Chase,

Rockefellerall past agentsof theRothschilds dynasty; do the math.

    These fine patriots were rewarded

beyond their wildest dreams for their

service to The Crown J.P. Morgan was

    Rockefeller, the nations first billionaire,

Cases ugly mug was engraved on the

$10,000 bill; Wilsons, the $100,000. The

    Rocks christened their Chase Manhattan

Bank in honor of good ol Sam chase, a

former U.S. Treasurer and the same

lowdown dirty Scoundrel whose face is onthe $10,000 bill.A ten and hundred-thousand

dollar bill! Cmon Dr. Ru, what chu been

smoking? Nothing-there are suchcreatures, Theyre used by corporations,

the U. S. Treasury and the Federal Reserve

to pay their debts to the Rothschilds.

    Wilson was guided in his

    treachery by three widely known

    Rothschild agents: The international

banker, Paul Warburg; Senator Nelson W.

    Aldrich (grandfather to Nelson

    Rockefeller), and Senator Henry Cabot

Lodge. The conspiracy was conceived bythe Rothschilds in their chateau, but

executed from Jekyll Island, Georgia, by

Paul Warbucks Warburg. And get this: in

just 16 years after the inauguration of the

    Federal Reserve, Americas first

permanent central bank, the United States

was bankrupt! Will somebody tell me how

did that happen when the express purpose

of The Reserve was to prevent that from

happening! To be continued in Part III of

How American became the land of

perfect slaves and super Criminals, tobe published in

    the next issue.

    Rudy Williams is

    the author of the

    novel:

Would you mind if, from behind, I kiss and lick your neckWhile using my thumbs to gently give your nipples a caress? Then turn you over to face me and tell you I love you,Lift the covers up so I can hover above you?

You're a living work of art - pleasing to all senses,

With an erotic precision, I'ma pay you close attention.

Would you mind if my tongue performed the ABC's

Up against your clitoris, making you run from me?

You'll be grabbing at the sheets, pillows, and headboard,Deeply disoriented - calling on the Lord. You're sure to gasp as I enter you inch by inch,

Then we'll continue to kiss as if we are both French.

Forget your inhibitions; and come swim in this ocean,

While your spot is being hit with each in and out motion.

Your eyes may be closed, but you'll be seeing stars,

Good thing my complexion won't easily display scars.

Scratching my back, will only make me thrust harder,

Stand up on my knees, and push your legs apart farther.

As things intensify during this time of being physical,

We'll both moan each other's name out in syllables.

Building momentum; knocking on Heaven's door,Staccato breathing while swimming towards Nirvana's Shore.

    1. Tax Cuts For The Rich:Many of the spikes in the chart correspond with periods when the government slashed taxes on the rich.

As the Center for American Progress notes, Ronald Reagans early 1980s tax reforms helped to increase income inequality.

The same thing happened in the late 1990swhen Bill Clinton passed a tax cut on capital gains, or investment income, which rich

people are more likely to have than ordinary Americans. And then it happenedagainwhen George W. Bush cut the top marginal tax

    rates in 2001 and 2003.

Altogether, about 30 percent of the expansion of the after-tax income gapbetween 1979 and 2007 was due to tax and budget policies

becoming less progressive, according to a June analysis from the Economic Policy Institute.2. Corporate Profits And Executive Pay Are Soaring:Over the past several years corporate profits -- which go in large part to rich

investors -- have soared to the point where they now make up the highest share of the economy on record. And over the last several

decades, CEO pay also skyrocketed. The result: The ratio between CEO and average worker pay ballooned by roughly 1,000 percent

    since 1950.

    3. The Wages Of Regular Workers Haven't Kept Up With Productivity:In the 1960s workers and their families used to be able to

live above the poverty line on a minimum wage income. But now, thats no longer the case, according to EPI. In fact, if the minimum

wage had kept up with boosts in worker productivity over the past several decades it would be $18.30, according to EPI. That's morethan double the current minimum wage of $7.25.

Part of the reason workers have had a tougher time securing higher wages in recent years is because of a marked decline in

unionization. Drops inunion membership typically correspond with growthin income inequality, research finds.

MISSION STATEMENTThe Akbar Pray Foundation For Change (APFFC) is a not for profit grassroots organization, dedicated to redirecting the

lives of our urban at risk youth. It has been and remains our organizations mantra that " we are the solution to our own

problems." It is our core belief that there are those within our communities, if so engaged, who can help turn the tide of crime, delinquency and recidivism which grips the lives of so many our inner city youth.

Operating from the premise that to effectively attack or address any problem you must start at its root, we have begun a

program in some of our citys schools and group homes, where we supply speakers, mentors, CDs and written material from

the organizations founder, which cuts to the heart of the problem experienced by many of these youths. Some times working

with former gang members, inner city icons and others that have what is referred to as street cred, we have been able to

    achieve remarkable results.

Expanding on our mission, we continuously recruit individuals from various work disciplines to aid in educating young men

    and woman with marketable skills.

To those ends we have engaged people both inside and outside our community to come to our classes and or workshops to

share and discuss the ups and downs, ins and outs of a wide range of work disciplines and careers. Never favoring one career

path over any other, we have invited professors, urban fiction writers, successful members of the hip hop industry, general

construction contractors and a Superior Court Judge to these open discussions and Socratic Circle seminars.

Again, it is our core belief that "we are the solution, to our own problems." In closing. We invite your participation in thisnoble undertaking.

    IF NOT YOU, THEN WHO?

    IF NOT NOW, THEN WHEN?

Let us know what youre thinking on our Facebook page!

This has been a year of dramatic change

and growth. The need to "Connect The Dots" has

become a universal mantra along with the need to

end "Boutique Activism" which has us where we

    are.

We must resurrect the alternative narrative

to the mainstream narrative that American media

and the ruling class keeps on its lips around theworld as they burn, loot, murder, and pillage

human beings around the planet. The true

narrative of American history is genocide, slavery,

apartheid, mass incarceration, and perpetual war.

We must not let their lies prevail. We MUST keep

    this narrative in their face.

Every time they say democracy we must say

"for who?" Every time they say justice we must

say "For Who?" Let us spend the coming year

challenging this false image of a united America

with Democracy and justice for all. Let's connect

our struggles to the global struggles against this

masquerading monster. Let us begin to talk to oneanother and build a united voice.

First they ignore you. Then they laugh at you, and

then they fight you, then they lose.
