Item 9: Other Events

Aboitiz Power Corporation (AboitizPower or the Company) recorded a consolidated net income of

P4.3 billion (bn) for the quarter ending March 31, 2015, recording an increase of 4% year-on-year

(YoY).

The revaluation of consolidated dollar loans and placements resulted to an unrealized non-recurring

gain amounting to P11.4 million (mn). Accounting for this, AboitizPower’s core net income for the

first quarter of 2015 amounted to P4.3 bn, registering a slight decline from the P4.4 bn registered in

the same period the previous year.
