It must be downloaded and can be run without being on AOL. There will be a desktop icon.AOL One Click Fixes is another fast diagnostic tool which can also fix most problems it finds with oneclick. •AOL email allows you to search all mail in all folders by clicking Search Mail. You can click the mailbox and do a quick reply to an email without actually opening the mailbox. AOL 9.1 you can quickly find someone in the address book by holding mouse over add book in the Buddylist. You now have Postcard templates which can be added to the Extras list. Groups of Pictures can be sent in email and you can add captions to them._____________________________________________________The EYE icon on the Buddylist now allows you to be invisible online.

With AOL Sync you can sync its address book with your Blackberry, Motorola,Palm or Samsung. IF you use the Plaxo online address book you can also sync your aol address book with the Outlook and Outlook Express address book. • Go to the AOL Forums and find solutions and help for problems

• If paying AOL users, can select Live Help and talk with a support person. They can also send you a written copy of any instructions they give you to solve your problem.

•AOL Tip Of The DayRead & Practice

Each day an AOL Tip of the Day is displayed when you first sign online. You can turn this off, but it’s a great way to easily learn how to do things.

Practice of items noted on Tip of the Day will also help you to learn

  AOL Client Program and AOL Webmail  

 •      Go to www.aol.com, obtain an AOL screen name (ID) and password. Now you are an AOL member and can use both the AOL Client Program or AOL webmail  FREE.

•       At the bottom of the WWW.AOL.COM page is an opportunity to download AOL full client version which you may install into your computer and use – FREE. While installing you’ll be asked if you’re a current member or a new member. Select Current Member and then enter the screen name and password setup above.

•       Installation of the AOL Client Program. Using FREE AOL means you will not have phone support to AOL. However, AOL provides all the information you will need within the AOL Client Program itself.
