What do we expect?Willingness to work in IT recruitment area.
Fluent English skills.
Previous experience in relevant area would be an advan-tage.
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems or other recruitment technology would be an advantage.

What else should you expect?
Daily communication with Scandinavian colleagues to define the candidates’ profiles for each recruit-ment.
Searching for potential candidates through direct channels, social media, Internet sourcing.
Administrating candidates through recruitment process in applicant tracking or other recruitment systems and helping with other daily sourcing tasks.
