The Keizer Chamber identified with and began celebrating the month of May iris bloom
season in the late 1980’s. Renaming the traditional Keizer Days Parade began the
ground work to further promote the area. History since has witnessed a tremendous
civic pride with the Iris Festival, its events and opportunities to explore and celebrate
within the Keizer community. Thousands of irises will be in bloom just north of Keizer
at Schreiner's Iris Gardens, the nation's largest retail grower of irises.
The Fun Center located at the Keizer Cherry Avenue in the heart of Keizer gives you great
exposure to all of Keizer. Reserving a Exhibitor Space allows your company or organization to
market to thousands of visitors from all over Oregon and out of State as well. If you have
information to share or a product to sell, the Iris Festival Street Fair is the place to be. Exhibitor
Spaces are available on a first come first serve basis. The Street fair is great for anything you
can imagine from jewelry to clothing to knick knacks and much more. The festival promotes free
enterprise; however, we’ll try to honor industry or product location exclusivity.

Everyone loves a parade and Keizer loves the Iris Festival Parade. Your organizations parade
entry is exposed to over 25,000 spectators along River Road. Mark your calendar for the May
4th entry deadline and the May 18th parade day fun.

Banner Space - $150 member / $300 non-member
Golfing and relationship building has been going on for years at the Iris Golf Tournament.
Friendly competition of the 36 teams inspires fun play. Be part of the fun! Join us at beautiful
McNary Golf Course for a four-person team. Your entry includes golf, golf carts, great prizes,
food and Big Tent VIP entertainment passes. For additional exposure you can sponsor a hole.
Support the Keizer Chamber while promoting your business with an Exclusive Hole Sponsorship
or a Standard Hole Sponsorship.
Reserve your banner spot in the big tent or on the festival grounds for maximum business
exposure. Banners are displayed from May 16th through the 19th. Inside the tent banners get
exposure to 10,000 + people. Festival Grounds banners get exposure to 100,000 + people.

ends at the big tent on Sunday,
May 17th. Riders love the Mid-
Valley route.
Keizer Iris Run T-Shirt /Breakfast /Water Station Sponsors - $500
This two day event has experienced increased participation over the last few years. Experience
runners, walkers, family and friends love the Saturday, May 17th 5K & KIDZ3K. More chal-
lenging races take place on Sunday, May 18th with the 10k, Half-Marathon and
Full Marathon. Your exposure comes with being recognized on the back of the T-Shirts, on the
race applications, and with day of race signage and announcements. Plus sponsors receive a
group discount on participating. This is a great opportunity to invite clients or employees work-

Whereas, the Keizer Iris Festival is an annual event of the Keizer Chamber of Commerce and is underwritten through
corporate and business donations, individual gifts and fundraising activities carried out by volunteers;
Whereas, the Keizer Iris Festival’s sponsorship program grants the opportunity to individuals, organizations and businesses to
display their community spirit while directly benefiting from the positive image and recognition resulting from the Keizer Iris
Festival;
Whereas, the undersign Sponsor wishes to support the Keizer Iris Festival and benefit from the exposure resulting from
sponsorship of the Keizer Iris Festival;
The Sponsor Agreement is made this _____________of _______, ______between the Keizer Chamber of Commerce, DBA
Keizer Iris Festival, 6075 Ulali Dr NE Ste 102, Keizer Oregon 97303, hereinafter referred to as “Promoter” and
hereinafter referred to as “Sponsor.”
An annual event known as the Keizer Iris Festival, including a variety of activities organized by various entities will be held in
Keizer, Oregon beginning on or about May 1, 2014 and ending on or about June 1, 2014. In consideration of the investment
of $ through the undersigned Sponsor to Promoter, Promoter will provide the promotional opportunities as set
forth in the attached description for Sponsorship level.
The term of the sponsorship will commence on March 1, 2014, will include the Iris Festival weeks, and will expire on June 5,
2014, During this sponsorship period, the undersigned Sponsor also has the right to use the registered trademark of the
Keizer Iris Festival in promotion of its association as a sponsor of the Keizer Iris Festival.
All expenses in anyway pertaining to the Keizer Iris Festival shall be sole and separate liability of the Promoter. Sponsor
assumes no financial responsibility of any kind of nature relative to the Keizer Iris Festival other than the payment of the fee
identified herein.
Neither party hereto may assign any of its interest without written consent of the other party.
Promoter does not guarantee any minimum level of distribution, attendance, or participation at any Festival event. Sponsor
has made its own assessment of the benefits derived from the sponsorship of the Keizer Iris Festival.
