1. Do breathing exercisesTake deep breaths.
Inhale 7 quick counts and exhale slower than you've inhaled.
2. Limit your social media usageSocial media can raise anxiety levels if
comparing your life with other people's profiles.
3. Maintain a positive attitude. As soon as you catch yourself thinking negative
thoughts, replace them with positive ones.
4. Eat well-balanced meals. Keep high protein energy-boosting snacks on hand
and don't skip meals.
5. Limit alcohol & caffeineTo much might aggravate anxiety
and trigger panic attacks.
6. Get enough sleepWhen stressed, your body needs additional sleep and rest.
7. Partake in regular exercise.You will feel good and be healthier.
8. Help others.Volunteer in your community,
and get a break from everyday stress.
9. Write in a journal.What triggers your anxiety? Try to identify the patterns.
10. Talk to someone.Talk to friends and family and if it don't help see your
therapist for professional help.
