Goals & Objectives {MASID-DANAS}

To gain new members for the organization, Ley La Salle - The project heads and officersdiligently promoted the name of Ley La Salle to students through various forms ofpublicity such as posters, videos, and brochures.

To obtain funds for the organization through the fixed membership fees - The

organization was able to gain a significant amount of new members, thus, raising said

funds considerably as well.

To promote and communicate the name of Ley La Salle amongst the student body,

most especially the Legal Management students - Besides promoting the organization

through different publicity materials, the officers also took the time to visit the new

Legal Management blocks in their classes to plug and endorse the organization.

Brief Description

The Annual Recruitment Week is an activity set to gain new members for the organization, Ley

La Salle, and to promote and communicate the name of Ley La Salle amongst the student body, most

especially the Legal Management students.

1. The speakers talked about their life as a student and how they were able to enjoy it before

and after they graduated.2. Sharing their personal and career experiences contributed to the knowledge of the audience

on what to expect and what are the opportunities available for Legal Managementgraduates like them.

3. They keep on emphasizing that there are different opportunities that await them even ifthey would not pursue law. Given that our degree is under the college of business, we could

also be successful in the corporate world.

Brief Description

The speakers gave a lot of insights about their personal experiences. They encouraged thestudents to start deciding on whether or not to pursue law or be engaged in the corporate field after

finishing the course.

As mentioned by the speakers, we should always start with the end in mind. Even in conducting

activities such as this, it is important to focus on what our goals and objectives are in order to know howwe would carry out a well prepared activity. We should also keep in mind that every activity is a two wayprocess which involves the organization and its members. Members should get more engaged in

organizational activities that will help them in the future.

STRENGTHS AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT RECOMMENDATION
